A few minutes by car from Malendure beach, you will reach the famous Cousteau Reserve, (Guadeloupe National Park Reserve), where you can meet sea turtles and enjoy various aquatic activities.

This magnificent private property, in the heart of a tropical garden, is aimed at travelers seeking to be close to an authentic Guadeloupe and will offer you a 180-degree sea view as well as the Ilets Pigeon of the famous Cousteau Reserve.
It will allow you to admire the magnificent sunsets of the leeward coast.

Very well equipped and maintained, this villa has a new contemporary kitchen open to the living room and the large terrace, which is a few steps from the salt pool, facing the sea where you can take your meals and rest after a busy day.

The four air-conditioned rooms equipped with quality bedding and furnished with care each have their en-suite shower room with shower and WC. (2 bathrooms with single basins and 2 with double basins).
A few steps from the lounge, you will have access to a guest WC.

In order to enjoy family moments, a games room will be at your disposal: ping pong table, darts, etc.

Finally, a room dedicated to laundry will allow you to wash dry and iron your laundry since it is equipped with a washing machine, dryer as well as an iron and ironing board.

This villa will offer you all the equipment and comfort necessary for a pleasant stay.

Being new owners recently and in order to offer you a quality villa, we decided to give it a makeover. The villa is therefore under construction during the months of May and June 2019 and will be able to welcome you from July 2019.

You will find a few minutes by car, food stores, a bakery, a pharmacy as well as restaurants but also the possibility of practicing nautical leisure activities: kayaking, scuba diving, fins, mask and snorkel, outing to meet cetaceans, jet ski ... and activities that will immerse you in the rainforest: canyoning, hiking.
