The very private pool is large enough to lap or just float around in an inflatable in the sun and achieves a pleasant 30/32C in the summer months. Situated in a very private south facing garden, the villa seems a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of life, almost in the country but in fact right in the centre of Sotogrande Alto, an easy 10 minutes’ walk to the facilities of the new and very stylish SO Sotogrande Hotel, with its numerous bars, restaurants, golf and spar. World famous Valderrama is about a one minute drive away and the shops and bars of the Pueblo, the beach and the Marina between 5 and 10 minutes.
Sotogrande is a safe and secure 24hr high security urbanisation but with the feeling of being a very peaceful country club environment.
