The perfect party pad for celebratory hijinks, eat, drink and make merry. This is our most suited property for effortless entertaining into the early hours!

If you're hankering after an indulgent treat with on-site amenities, Kingsley Lake View ticks all the right boxes. Lounge in the outdoor hot tub heated all year, shoot some pool in the Sports Bar, fire up the gas Barbie on the sun-trap terrace and make a toast to great friends and good company. Beyond the tall glass windows, two acres of sprawling grounds pan away to jaw-dropping views of the sedate rolling hills and lake.

Lovely large accommodation with breathtaking views

We really enjoyed our stay as a large family made up of 3 generations! The views are breathtakingly beautiful and the beds are super comfy. The host was close and available for any issue/questions we had. Lots of memories made, we would recommend for any family retreat.

Beautiful house, perfect for big groups

The view from this house is fantastic from virtually every room. The kitchen is an amazing space with so much storage and equipment. We had a team building day/night here and it was just perfect. Rebecca was incredibly helpful before , during and after our stay. We will definitely try to come back again!

The best weekend!

We all had the most amazing weekend celebrating my sisters Hen Do at Kingsley Lake View! The location of the house along with the views were absolutely beautiful. The house had everything we needed and there was plenty of space of all of us. We were so grateful for the great communication from the property owner and would definitely recommend this house. We'll definitely be returning! Thank you so much!

The property is stunning, and the views are fabulous! I also noticed that the beds are very comfortable, everyone slept well. Overall, we have had a brilliant stay. The only thing I would mention, is considering the amount of money spent, I was surprised with how much was asked of you to do before leaving as early as 10am, I also had an email saying don’t strip the beds, but a text message an hour before we have to be out, to say we did have to strip the beds? I would just make sure any text messages align with emails so they all say the same thing :)

Great location, disappointed with facilities for the price and ‘luxury’ name.

Spent the weekend here with 14 friends for a 30th birthday. Overall it was a great location and provided plenty of space for us all. We expected 5 star facilities but.. - The sound system didn’t work all weekend. - The electric shower was broken and either boiling hot or freezing cold. - The extractor fan in the kitchen didn’t work, so the whole place smelt of cooking. - the wifi and tv system was average at best, taking the best past of 2 hours and multiple phone calls to get the World Cup to work. We were told to expect a call from the owner to help fix some of these issues. That never happened, so put an overall downer on the weekend.

Great party house

Perfect house for a hen party. Beds were insanely comfortable and the views were incredible! It is quite a tired house, some cracked windows and outside doors hard to open/Close and the floors were incredibly sticky when we go there, but as we were there for a hen it really didn't bother us!! I would take my family there, but for us it was perfect! And the hot tub was incredible

Hen weekend

Absolutely beautiful property with stunning views of the lake. Huge dining table perfect for a big group and Hen weekend. Hot tub was great fun along with games room. Very comfortable beds and lovely sheets. We did have a few problems while at the property; half of the hob wasn’t working however over a bank holiday weekend we understood this wouldn’t be able to be fixed. However there was no plug for the kitchen sink, no washing up bowel and no cutlery holder for the dish washer making washing up a bit difficult. One bedroom had a large ceiling to floor window that couldn’t close and the key had snapped in the lock therefore we had to push a bed and a bin against the window to stop any rain coming in. When telling the owner she seemed nonchalant about the about problems. If these issues were sorted the property as a whole would be fantastic.

This is a beautiful property in a stunning location. Very easy distance to Bristol, Bath and surrounding areas. All equipment and facilities in the property are of a high standard and the beds are very comfortable. Perfect stag trip weekend

Our stay at Kingsley Lake View was perfect. Excellent location overlooking the lake and only 20 minutes from Bristol, great facilities (hot tub, pool table, badminton), and good communication with the hots. The beds were comfortable and the living areas were clean and well-equipped. I heard from a couple of the guys that the shower closest to the front door was either too hot or too cold and they had to use the other two showers, but this was our only issue. All in all, a memorable stay and a perfect location for a stag do.

Incredible house with incredible views

Kingsley Lake View was so much better than expected (and the pictures). We were all blown away as soon as we walked through the door and saw out onto the garden and beyond. The kitchen area is superb and has everything you could possibly need, there was 14 of us and the space was just perfect. Being so remote was a must for us, being a hen do!! The sound system was great and with the outdoor speakers it was a party house with no neighbours to worry about! I didn't meet the host (did have some text conversations) but did meet her friend who was lovely. The rooms were spacious and the beds were super comfy. Would highly recommend this house and also would love to come back. Thank you

A beautiful place

Based in a lovely location but beautiful views, the house was comfortable and a wonderful place to host a gathering. The kitchen was difficult to use due to it being to high tech so there could be some instructions provided for this, also a microwave would be suitable. Check in/out times weren’t fantastic. You can’t check in until 3 but have to check out by 9 so if you pay for a weekend you’re really just paying for 1 day and 2 nights.

Beautiful house, beautiful location.

We recently stayed at Kingsley Lake and it did not disappoint. The house was absolutely stunning, the views were amazing and the house had everything you could ever need. The bedrooms were super comfortable and the kitchen was a great place to entertain. The hot tub is a great addition and we loved being in the outdoor space. The property was easy to book and Charles was very quick at replying to any emails or calls, Rebecca who checked us in was lovely. The only very small issue we had was an ants nest in one of the bedrooms but Rebecca let us know how to sort this. Thank-you for a lovely stay, I would highly recommend and would definitely use the company and property again.

Fantastic 30th Birthday weekend stay

The property and service was fantastic and faultless. The house is even better than in the photos and is set on beautiful grounds. Even though we had a fair amount of rain over the weekend, we were able to have a great time in the hot tub and use the ample inside space. Don't hesitate to book - this house made my birthday weekend! Charles from staycation was also brilliant and so very helpful throughout the booking process.

Fantastic, utterly fantastic.

I hosted 18 of my friends here for a pre-wedding celebration. The house was well equipped with amenities, groceries etc. As well as being spotlessly clean, every part of the house was in good condition with a wide variety of TV's, Stereos etc. The pictures do not do this place justice - it is absolutely breath taking. A big thank you to Debbie, the house manager, who ensured our needs were catered and overall was just a superb person. 10/10.
