We call this loft-apartment LA1.

LA1 is a large, artistic apartment that features original paintings of the artist-owner!

It has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen size bed.

LA1 has a large living room overlooking the lovely area of Psirri. It has a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and laundry facilities.

This apartment offers free WiFi and a land line (this phone allows free calls within Greece).

The apartment is located:
3-10 minutes walk to the historical part of Athens: Akropolis Parthenon Temple and Museum, Monastiraki, Plaka, Thissio, Filopappou Hill, Agora, Kerameikos Cemetary.

3-10 minutes walk to the Parliament (Syntagma square), shopping areas: Monastiraki, Ermou Street, Kolonaki, Athinas Street.

Other things to note
• We are happy to provide flexible check in and checkout times, so just let us know when you would like to arrive and depart and we will do our best to satisfy your requests. Please note that depending on availability check in will be by 3pm and check out is by 11am.
• For arrivals between 21:00 and 09:00 we recommend to use our reliable taxi drivers who will pick you up at the airport and check you into the apartment, at no extra cost. The cost is 45 Euros up until 23:00 and 60 Euros between 23:00 and 05:00. (mini van for larger groups also available).
Alternatively, if you make your own way to the apartment, one of our staff will welcome you at the apartment. There is a late check-in fee of 20 Euros, which you need to pay upon arrival.

• This is a non-smoking house, but you may smoke in the balconies and/or terraces.

Best stay of our month long trip in Greece and Italy! Great location!

We're on the tail end of almost one month of traveling Greece and Italy and Lia's apartment made our stay in Athens one of our favorite parts of our trip. We loved waking up early and being able to go across the street to grab excellent coffee and breakfast and eat it in leisure at the apartment before starting our day. The location was so central to all places that we needed to get to, whether to the marina for an all day cruise, the tour of the Acropolis (of course), and restaurants galore. The only issue we had was connecting to the Internet during our stay. Lia was very good at communicating and trying to solve the problem and ended up refunding us part of our payment because of this issue. We had to check out before our tour for that day ended, and Lia provided us a place to store our luggage close to the apartment. I got to meet her when I came to pick up my luggage, and when she found out that we were renting a car and going around the Peloponnese, she sent me an email with many excellent places to visit that really enhanced our trip in the Peloponnese. I would definitely like to visit again!

Athens apartment

This spacious apartment is located in a great spot right across the road from a bakery (great for early breakfasts) and the beginning of the restaurant and bar scene. Close enough to walk to the action but removed enough that it’s quiet at night. Beds were really comfortable. Communication with the owner was excellent - they responded to all my questions leading up to our stay, provided information on Athens, and organized a driver to pick us up at the airport who was friendly and informative. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a base in Athens!
