Nice home in good location

REALLY GOOD LOCATION FOR ACCESS TO THE ALHAMBRA. VERY TOURISTY, BUT NICE NEIGHBORHOOD. THE PROPERTY MANAGERS WERE EXCELLENT. THEY PROVIDED GREAT SERVICE.

Great place and location

The views are amazing and great central location, with easy walks to everywhere. Property manager was very available and responsive. Only complaint is that there was no umbrella 9nnyhe deck (pictured in the listing) and the owner would not replace it, making it tough in 100 degree full sun.

Fantastic location and view in Granada

This apartment was perfect for my mother and I to vacation for 3 days in Granada. The location can't be beat and the terrace is amazing. Bedrooms are comfortable and AC worked very well, although wasn't required as it was quite cool at night. Check-in was easy with Gloria and it was easy to reach her throughout the stay. About parking-we were informed by Gloria that parking would be difficult and although there were places to park in the street out front of the apartment, they are not guaranteed. Parking lots are a 10-15 minute walk downhill through old cobbled streets, which we did manage with our luggage however taxis (as recommended to us) would be easier for some travellers. Driving to the apartment is not easy, as you either have to travel around one way streets in the city or navigate through the narrow streets of the Albaicin neighbourhood. If you don't have a car this is a pretty perfect location but if you do, just be aware of these points. Only minor complaints were that the door to the terrace was very difficult to unlock and that we weren't provided with enough espresso pods for the duration of the stay. There was also no laundry detergent left to run the washing machine. These were only minor inconveniences and overall the apartment really was fantastic!

Die Wohnung ist leider nicht so schön wie auf den Fotos. Es ist alles in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr wenig Geschirr und Besteck. Die Aussicht und der Standort hat uns gut gefallen. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt bei diesem Objekt leider nicht.

Mi estancia ha sido ideal, hemos estado muy a gusto, la zona es ideal para pasear y además tienes muchos puntos emblemáticos de la ciudad a un paso. La casa está muy bien equipada y es muy confortable , destaco la terraza donde hemos pasado unos ratos increíbles, las vistas son fantásticas. Estoy muy contenta por haber elegido este alojamiento, estaba todo impecable y el trato por parte de Gloria de 10! Nos dio muchas recomendaciones locales y eso nos ha ayudado a conocer mejor Granada y su encanto !
