About this property

4 bedrooms, 5 min walk to private beach with its own backyard tiki bar

Welcome to our home! We purchased this home in the beginning of 2017 and we performed a significant amount of renovations. Our goal is to use our years of experience as a renter to make our home something that you can really enjoy. Let’s start with the kitchen – we installed new appliances and stocked the kitchen with plenty of cookware, plates, glasses, etc. so that you can cook in after a long day at the beach. The kitchen table seats six and the bar area seats four. On top of this, we remodeled the back patio and added a tiki bar with an outdoor TV. Feel free to have your own family tiki party or just use the gas grill to have a backyard barbecue. Our remodeled living room has a 70 inch wall-mounted 4K television with over 150 Xfinity channels and Apple TV. Of course very fast Wi-Fi is included so you can stream online media, surf the Internet, or just play music through the Bluetooth- enabled soundbar. Living room seating includes a large sectional sofa and a full sized-couch. Each of the four bedrooms contains an Xfinity- enabled flat screen television. The first floor bedroom contains a king bed, the master bedroom contains a new king bed by Loom & Leaf, one bedroom features a twin and a twin over full bunk bed, and the fourth bedroom contains one queen and one twin bed. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. We also have a full sized washer and dryer for your convenience. Our home also has an attached garage with a refrigerator/freezer, four beach cruiser bikes along with beach chairs, a beach umbrella, pop-up tent, beach cart & wagon, beach toys, and large cooler for your beverages. Beach tags are included for one of New Jersey’s only private beaches – “Diamond Beach”. These tags along with our membership card provide you with access to The Club at Diamond Beach where you will find various food options along with the infamous Diamond Beach Bar. It is our goal to make this a rental that you truly enjoy so that you come back often!

Wildwood crest family beach vacation

House is clean, well maintained and has great amenities. The beach cart made our short walk to the beach so much easier. There are plenty of beach chairs and beach toys. The backyard is very comfortable with plenty of seating space including a fully covered tiki bar with a tv. The one night it rained, we were able to sit outside and stayed dry. We already booked again for next year!

Everything you need and more!

Joe’s home had everything you could imagine for a summer house. From bikes, to cornhole, to entertainment throughout the entire house (TV, Alexa, Soundbar) and not to mention the beach cart - the walk to the beach was a breeze with that thing! The highlight was the awesome tiki bar outside. One night we all dressed up for a luau and had the best time! Even nights when it was raining our whole crew loved sitting out there enjoying each other’s company (it was totally protected from the rain). We highly recommend and hope to rent again sometime. Thank you Joe and family for making our stay even more than we could’ve asked for!

Summer fun!

A very nice and super helpful family owns this house. We were close to all kinds of fun and food. Big pluses: the Diamond Beach Club: bar and restaurant on the sand! Also: a backyard Tiki hut and fully tricked out garage with trolly, chairs, bikes, you name it.

Awesome Vacation Home

We had a wonderful stay in Diamond Beach. The house was equipped with everything you can imagine to make your beach vacation perfect. The beach cart made the trip to the beach easy. The beach supplies range from games, buggy board to beach chairs, everything you can think of. We ended up bringing a few of our favorite beach games, but did not need to because they already had them. The house has the latest technology and tons of room. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our group of 7-8 people. The Caruso's make you feel welcome the moment you walk into the home, so many personal touches that show they take pride in their home. We made a ton of memories paying cards and enjoying the Tiki Bar at night. We can not wait for our next trip! Thank You.

Our fantastic stay in Wildwood Crest!

This house was fantastic had everything you would need and a lot more. Plenty of room in all the bedrooms and the fans added that extra touch. The out door shower was great so you have really 3 showers. Kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of room for all of us. The yard was great tiki hut a fantastic extra with fan & tv. All the beach stuff was great didn’t need to bring anything. The kids enjoyed the bikes every night. This house is perfect for any family.

Wonderful home

Just came back from this beautiful home in Diamond Beach Wildwood NJ . The home had everything you could ever need. The location was great just a few short blocks to the beach, including access to the Diamond Beach Club. The home comes with the use of beach chairs and beach cart plus cooler and bikes, helmets and boggy boards. The home is tastefully decorated and sleeps 10 very comfortably. Each bedroom has its own TV plus a very large 70inch smart TV in the living room. This open floor concept makes it a great spot for family time. Plenty of seating both inside and outside around the 2 outdoor tables and chairs, highlighted with a very comfortable hammock . A gas grill rounds out the amenities but the best was the outdoor shower, a must for the shore. The Caruso's could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. Staying here will make your trip a great one. We will book again Alan Bodker. 8/12/17 - 8/19/17 .

Our plan is to use our beach house as often as possible and to make it available for rental for a handful of weeks throughout the year. We really feel like we are at home when we are here and we hope that you feel the same way.

Why they chose this property

Wouldn't it be nice to go on vacation and not have to worry about packing bicycles, beach chairs, coolers, and other stuff? We stocked our home with these items, along with everything you need to relax when you are in the home. We remember renting beach houses that didn't have a gas grill or high quality cookware. We made sure that these things are included - even items like a blender, mixer, bakeware are included.

What makes this property unique

Not only is Diamond Beach one of the only private beaches in NJ, it is also one of the nicest. For example, US News and World Reports rated the local hotel as the best hotel in the state of NJ and the private beach is mentioned as a main reason for this rating.
