With a wide range of shops, bars, restaurants and attractions very close by, there is no need to rent a car!Inside, the villa is on a single floor, offering a comfortable living room with dining area, an independent kitchen (with adjacent laundry room), a magnificent double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bathtub + shower), a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a family toilet. The entire villa has air conditioning (included in the rental price at fixed hours, between 8pm-8am and 2pm-4pm).In the exterior, the villa is surrounded by beautiful terraces and lawns, ideal for sunbathing, playing, or enjoying a delicious dinner. It has a barbecue and outdoor furniture to enjoy unforgettable evenings together. But with such a unique location just a few steps from the sea, the choice will not be difficult!At the rear of the villa, there is an annex used as a storage area, so it is not occupied and does not interfere with the privacy of guests staying at Can Mir Ruth.The tourist tax is included in the price.Information to take into account:In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore near your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
