Beautiful villa with swimming pool very close to the beach of Hotel Illa D'Or.

The villa is located in Puerto Pollença in the urbanization Can Singala, right next to the Hotel Illa D'Or, 2 minutes walking distance from the sea. The centre of the port can be reached by a beautiful promenade along the famous Pine Walk. There you can find, besides exquisite restaurants, a wide variety of things to do; we recommend an excursion to Formentor, renting a motorboat to enjoy the unspoilt beaches that still exist or simply strolling and shopping.
Our clients highlight the tasteful decoration, the tranquillity of the urbanisation and the attention we offer as hosts. It is the perfect choice for a perfect holiday, ideal for families with children and adults.
Our villa is a small house from the 70's that we recently renovated in a contemporary style. It is fully equipped with three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of them en suite), kitchen, living-dining room, spacious terraces for pleasant meals and let's not forget the beautiful and large swimming pool (7m x 3m x 1,8m), which ensures you a lot of privacy and a spectacular tan.
You can walk to the beach with the children and when you come back you can enjoy the swimming pool. The villa, as you can see in the photographs, is fully equipped with three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of them en suite), kitchen, living-dining room, a large terrace that will allow you to enjoy pleasant meals and let's not forget the beautiful swimming pool that assures you a lot of privacy and a spectacular tan. The villa has TV with TDT, Satellite TV and high speed WI-FI Internet connection. All this at a competitive price if we compare it with villas in the same area and with swimming pool.

We stayed as a family of 4 with our 2 children (age 7 and 5). The villa was perfect. We arrived earlier than the check in time but Miquel & Cati were more than happy with us checking in slightly early. The villa was clean and had everything we needed. 10 minute walk to the local Spar shop that had everything you may need. 5 minute walk to the beach. Pool was amazing and clean. The children were in and out all day! We hired a car too and there is space right outside for you to leave your car. Would highly recommend and we will definately be staying again.Thank you Miquel & Cati.

We cannot recommend the villa highly enough. It is in a fantastic location on a quiet road but town and restaurants are accessible on foot along the beautiful pine walk. The villa itself is well presented and comfortable with everything you need. The outdoor spaces are wonderful for relaxing in the shade or sun. Our children really enjoyed the pool, even though it was a little ‘fresh’ in April. Our hosts were really friendly and welcoming, responding very fast when we had a small issue with the water which they managed to get sorted even over a holiday weekend.We are already looking forward to our next stay.

The location of the villa is perfect.... just near enough to town to walk in, but far enough away to enjoy the quiet of the suburb.The pool is well maintained and big enough. There are plenty of places to sit and relax, inside and out.

We had a lovely stay, Puerto Pollenca is very pretty. Location is ideal,short walk along the Pine Walk to many restaurants and shops. Great seating areas around the Villa, good views of the mountains and sunsets from rooftop area, quiet safe neighbourhood, pool a good size and private. Good communication from owners. This was our second stay in this wonderful villa and it did not disappoint. The house was very clean, and perfectly set up for us. Beautiful villa in quiet location just off Pine Walk

We had a fabulous two weeks in the villa, there is lots of space outdoors and a wonderful swimming pool. The location is on a quiet street just off Pine Walk so a short walk to all the restaurants and bars. The owners were very helpful and the pool and villa was kept clean during our stay. We had a fabulous time and we hope to return soon!

Fantastic villa in a super location

We simply loved our stay at this wonderful villa. The facilities are excellent and we loved the privacy of the property, the super pool and roof top terrace in the evening. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is great for the pine walk and access to the beach.

We had an excellent 2 weeks staying at the villa, Miquel and Cati were excellent hosts.The villa has very nice outdoor seating areas with shade which are excellent for dining. We made good use of the BBQ (4 nights) and cooked in the kitchen 1 night, and went out for dinner the rest of the stay. The pool was nice and clean, and a great place to spend the early evening before heading out.The rooms are small but adequate, same with the bathroom/ensuite. The beds are very comfortable and clean bedding/towels were changed after 1 week.There are no plastic cups for using at the poolside, perhaps an addition for the future.There was some noise from the football academy in the mornings, but it was fine (my wife enjoyed the music) and there was some building/construction work across the road which was also noisy. It didnt really impact our enjoyment, but Miquel and Cati addressed the issue, they were great!The villa is in a fantastic setting, surrounded by mountain views, I enjoyed the outdoor shower in the evening listening to the birds and insects and admiring the mountains, absolutely serene! It is a very short walk to the beach and pine walk, and local mini-market. It is about 20mins to reach the outskirts of the centre with restaurants.We have stayed in Puerto Pollensa 10 times and this villa is the best value and location in our experience. We would return again, highly recommended, The Mortons July 2026

Relaxing stay at villa with pool

We enjoyed a lovely week here - the kids swam all day and we took the Pine Walk along the water to delicious restaurants and gelato each night. The owners were always responsive. Highly recommend!

Great privat house with all the summer needs.

The villa was a little bit hidden away but in a very nice spot, Pollenca great near the sea. Decoration and atmosphere are really great and Spanish. All very neat and comfortable. Beautiful and pleasant pool and garden space around to fill in your evenings with a good glas of wine.
