Located in the heart of the Drome Provençale below the medieval village of Poët-Laval, this authentic house of 200 m2 has 5 bedrooms, 1 with terrace, a living room of 50 m2 with fireplace, 1 vaulted kitchen overlooking courtyard with awning to take its meals, 1 SDB + WC separated + 2 room of shower with TOILET. Garden of 3000 m² with pool 14 meters long. Practical side: 1 dishwasher, 1 washing machine, WIFI, mini oven in the laundry room, large cellar with 2nd fridge, ceramic hob. Linens provided. Towels not provided. Cleaning in supplement (100 €). No pets allowed. Weekly rental only in July and August.
