Wunderbar

Wir hatten die wohnung für 4 Personen gemietet, da meine Eltern (83 und 90 Jahre alt) in getennten Zimmern schlafen müssen. Ein Schlafzimmer ( und ein kleines Einzelzimmer)ist in der Hauptetage, das war super da mein Vater schlecht Treppen steigen kann. Von der Tiefgarage geht ein Aufzug direkt in die Wohnetage. Die Wohnanlage ist sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber, ebenfalls die Wohnung. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch, traumhaft schön. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten, die Küche ist sehr gut bestückt ausser einer Kaffeefiltermaschine, aber eine Espressokanne und eine Stempelkaffekanne ist vorhanden, was für uns ok war. Paqui hatte uns mehr als genügend Handtücher gegeben. In jedem Badezimmer gibt es einen Föhn. Ebenfalls sind drei Liegestühle für das Schwimmbad vorhanden. Die ganze Wohnung ist klimatisiert und mit Rollos versehen.die Autobahn ist unmittelbar in der Nähe, man hört sie , jeh nachdem wie der Wind weht, aber uns hat es nicht gestört . Der Vorteil ist die schnelle Anbindung zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten und für Einkäufe. Denn ein Auto wird dafür benötigt. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Joana , ich liebe Deinen Einrichtungsstil.Schon auf den Fotos hatte mir alles sehr gut gefallen und es war ein Grund warum wir uns für die Wohnung entschieden hatten. Great apartment with fab outdoor space

Great check in with Paqui, she met us at the entrance to the complex. Lovely apartment, a bit of a walk to the nearest restaurant which I would highly recommend!! Chiringuito Guayaba Beach, amazing food, service and drinks, and good prices. There are 2 pools at the apartment complex but no sundowners, though there are two fold up beach chairs in the apartment. We had a lovely stay, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment.

A lovely clean , bright and very spacious apartment . Furnishings rather tired in places , but overall we would highly recommend for the fabulous views and neighbourhood.

Amazing Location Spacious Home

We travelled as a family across 3 generations so this home was perfect for space for everyone. The upper floor is amazing with enough room for a party on its own ! Lovely views and ideally situated for easy walking access to the beach and to the local shops and restaurants. If you don't have a car the bus stop is so close you can easily travel between Marbella and Estapona and everywhere in between on the beach front. The owner is really helpful - even with technical HomeAway issues, even when no fault of Joana, she was always there to help and resolve things satisfactorily. Thank you

Nos encanta la zona y el complejo Hoyo 15. Repetimos y repetiremos seguro. La casa perfecta y amplia. Lo único que los pequeños electrodomésticos ( cafetera, tv y exprimidora) estan algo antiguos y funcionan regular. Recomendable 100%

appartement très agréable,très confortable et très grand.tout correspond à la description faite sur internet.Nous y avons séjourné à 6 personnes sans jamais avoir l'impression d'une proximité.L'appartement étant silencieux, chacun pouvait mener sa vie comme bon lui semblait,plusieurs terrasses font que chacun a son espace individuel.C'est comme si nous transportions notre maison tellement tout ce qui est nécessaire pour le quotidien s'y trouve. En cas de quelconque soucis, les gardiens sont très efficaces. Très bon séjour.

Very spacious appartement

Very nice appartement in a great environment. The terras offers a nice view over the golf, the rooms are spacious and comfortable (the air conditioning is working very well) and the residence has 2 nice swimming pools. Recommended if you are looking for a big appartement close to Marbella.

Un lugar para repetir! - estupendo en todo

Pensado para hacer una estancia placentera; super equipado, muy comodo y con una decoracion muy cuidada. Desde la reserva, el pago, la recepción y la devolución, todo se ajusta a lo esperado, de forma eficaz, sin sorpresas y con toda la informacion necesaria. Estupendas vistas, muy tranquilo, pero cerca de tiendas, restaurantes y playas. Seguro que repetiremos.

Un appartement très agréable, une hôte à l'écoute

L'appartement correspond très bien aux photos disponibles sur le site. Il était très propre à notre arrivée. Les multiples terrasses sont un réel élément de confort. La plage est accessible à pied (je n'y suis allé que pour courir toutefois). La résidence est très bien entretenue, très fleurie. Les 2 piscines sont très sympa (en juin nous les avions pour nous seuls). Un centre commercial (supermarché pharmacie et autre petits commerces) est accessible en 5 min en voiture. Joana parle bien français et ses explications étaient claires.

In dieser geschmackvoll eingerichteten und mit allem versehenen Wohnung haben wir (2 Erwachsene + drei Heranwachsende) uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Beschreibung und Fotos entsprechen exakt dem, was einen erwartet. Kontaktaufnahme und weitere Informationen (z.B. perfekte Wegbeschreibung) waren völlig problemlos. Die spanische Haushaltshilfe der Vermieter hat uns die Schlüssel übergeben und eingewiesen. Der Lift vom Tiefgaragenparkplatz führt unmittelbar zur Wohnung. Die gesicherte Anlage ist bestens gepflegt. Der Strand ist nahe, allerdings mit grobem Sand und Steinen. In fußläufiger Entfernung gibt es einen besseren Sandstrand. Die dortige Strandpromenade bietet zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Wir kommen wieder. Margit & Rudolf

Fyra golfkompisar

Vi blev mycket bra bemötta och informerade av ägaren, som var tydlig i all information. Lägenheten är rymlig, välmöblerad och bra utrustad i köket. Det var rent och fint med smaklig möblering. En fantastisk altan med tre olika sittgrupper, soffgrupp, fikaplat och matplats. En härlig utsikt över några hål på Guadalmina golfbana. Två trevliga och välskötta poolområde. Garageplats med anslutning till hiss. Nära till Supermarket, apotek mm. och nära till havet och Puerto Banus med alla dess restauranger. Vi rekommenderar varmt denna lägenhet. Benny Petersson
