This professionally decorated two-king-bed, two-bath condo is everything you could hope for and more in a vacation retreat.
Recent renovations completed kitchen upgrades in 2020. The last two years also saw the addition of new furniture and finishes.

The oceanfront bedroom has a luxurious king-size bed and an accompanying ensuite with a walk-in shower that is wheelchair accessible.
The garden view bedroom has a wonderful king-size bed and its own bath with a tub/shower combination. Privacy doors between this bedroom/bath and dining area turn it into a second suite.
The well-appointed kitchen is a pleasure to prepare meals in. The owners are avid cooks and leave everything out for their guests.
Enjoy the sunrise from the Lanai and relax in the cool shade in the afternoon. Watching the whales as you enjoy your cocktails is a regular pastime.
Enjoy a long walk on Sugar Beach while glimpsing turtles along the way—all just steps from your door. The pool is heated, and the grounds are beautifully maintained.

All the comforts of home ...

This is a beautiful and comfortable condo equipped with everything we needed for our month-long stay. The outdoor space is also beautiful with nice views of the bay and whale watching right from the lanai. Conveniently located and easy to get anywhere on the island.

wonderful holiday in Maui

We had a wonderful Christmas Maui vacation in this condo unit. beds were comfy and rooms were spacious. It is off the major crowded area which makes it nice and quiet. The complex has easy beach access with much fewer people and we spent many hours snorkeling, swimming and relaxing. Host Deb is gracious, I accidentally left some items she is sending back to me.

Awesome location, great condo

Have been twice now to this condo. It has everything you need. The unit itself is comfortable, clean. The grounds are beautifully kept and the view from lani is unforgettable. You can walk the beach for miles enjoying the turtles and Marine life Great spot for couples or families Can't wait to go back

Great place!!

Loved our stay at this property! Was first time staying in a condo, but the owners were very friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. It was beautiful decorated, just as photos show, comfy for our group of 5 and well equipped, including many pool/beach toys. The grounds and pool were very well kept and the site staff very friendly. It’s located on a beautiful beach, which was easy to access, and we loved being mid way to the other towns on the island! We highly recommend this location and look forward to visiting again! Better Than Expected!

We thought this condo looked great online, but expectations were exceeded. The place was spotless, well equipped and very nicely decorated. The view was wonderful, and the neighbors were pleasant and respectful. The area was quiet with easy access to the airport, Lahaina and Kihei. We had a minor communication glitch regarding check-in (I had the wrong code), but once we were in, the stay could not have been better. We would love to return.

Expedia Cancelled our Reservation - We Book This Place & Regretted it

On arrival the property was dishelved and messy; elevators were covered in mud, dirt and water. Ferrell cats were everywhere, even on the door step of our "condo". There are was what looked like a water-sewage treatment pool in the parking lot. The apartment itself was clean and well-appointed but couldn't make up for what looked like an affordable home complex. Now, in fairness our original Expedia reservation was cancelled due to a short-term housing issues (or other isues unknown) and we were trying to replace a "like" reservation, however despite the inexpensive price point, I wouldn't suggest this location to anyone visting Maui. It is far from anything (activities, beaches, Wailea & Kapalua) and is a dirty "apartment" atmosphere with load people in the parking lot late at night, and scetchy animals and people roaming around. Our family didn't feel safe at all and now understand that some pictures on VRBO may paint a nice picture but aren't accurate until you actually visit the property.

Fantastic property with turtles, swimming, snorkeling, and good beach for walking

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated and updated condo. Location was central - 15 minutes to the airport, 10 minutes to Kihei, and 20-25 minutes to Lahaina. It’s a 5-10 minute walk to Ma’alaea Harbor, which has a few restaurants, the aquarium, and some shops. The Ma’alaea area is known to be windy, but the breeze felt fantastic and the condo building blocks most of the wind while you’re on the grounds. Parking was easy and one vehicle is included for no additional charge. Beach is quiet with good swimming/floating and decent snorkeling right in front of the condo. Walkable at least 3 miles down toward Kihei. Plenty of body boarders and even a few surfers when the weather was right. We saw turtles every afternoon. There’s a large shade tree at the edge of the grounds which provides a relaxing place to enjoy your day from either the beach or the grass. The sea wall/steps leading down to the water have been damaged by the surf, and it looks like there are plans in place for repair. Steps down to the water are manageable for almost everyone. Largest step was 10”. Furnishings were great, master bed was comfortable, bathrooms were updated, and all appliances were newer and in proper working order. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and the fridge had an ice maker which was great for picnic lunches. We kept the place cool at night with windows open, and used the air conditioner during the day. The single A/C cooled the entire place quickly. The unit had two small coolers, two umbrellas, and 4 chairs while we were there, which made beach days relaxing and comfortable. Barbecues were very nice and there was rarely a wait. Pool did not have any Covid restrictions while we were there, and was a nice spot for relaxing. The management is pretty particular about noise at the pool, so it’s not a great choice if you have small kids who would make a lot of noise or want to roughhouse. There are no inflatables or snorkel gear / toys allowed in the pool, and there was a sign specifically forbidding Marco Polo (we saw the rule get enforced!). It seemed funny until we laid in bed one night and people were playing Marco Polo. Since the units all surround the pool, noise does get amplified and carries easily. Any necessary communication with the owners was very prompt. A fantastic experience overall, and we would definitely consider returning in the future.

Perfect place to stay

We love staying here! It’s the perfect location near the harbor, beautiful private beach and pool, comfortable bed and furnishings, and all the beach gear and appliances you’ll need. Feels like home away from home! This is our second time staying in this complex and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Maui.

This was a nice condo with updated appliances. The master bath seemed like it would be accessible for someone with disabilities (easy entry shower). We enjoyed the view of the ocean and long walks on the beach each evening.

Wonderful spot with everything we needed

This property was everything we were hoping for. Beautiful view from the lanai. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and we had plenty of space for our family of four (including two teenage boys). It was great to have plenty of seating for all of us in the sitting area. We had everything we needed for cooking a few meals. The equipment/toys for beach trips was amazing as well. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. The location was great as a base for exploring the entire island. The beach access was roped off but there was access through the park a few minutes walk down the road. Would have been better if we could have accessed it from the property but sounds like that is being addressed. We did have a hard time getting the bedrooms cool enough at night but we are used to keeping it pretty chilly at night in our rooms back home. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend it to others.

Great space for our family

Location has a nice courtyard and beach view. We were able to keep cool with windows cracked and front room fan running. Location was great to see all the sights we were interested in from the Haleakala national park to outrageous surfing lessons in Lahaina. It was nice to have a good kitchen for meals and prep. Several beach toys are available for you in the bedroom closet. We had a nice stay here!

A great getaway

This location is under the valley so it is kind of windy. But the wind blew away the hot airs so it was pleasant. The beach is great for walking and running. The owner was very responsive and was able to reimburse us with the cleaning we need to do. This unit has two bedrooms and plenty of spaces. We had a great time staying there.

Totally Terrific

This property was everything promised and more. Great central location to Lahaina, Kaanapali and north or locations south and close to airport. Unit has beautiful furnishings, and all those amenities you need including shampoo, etc. Grounds are very well maintained and the pool and grounds are very nice. We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this one deserves a five star rating.

This was a seamless experience with no issues! The owners were communicative aa needed and we had no issues. The property was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable! That may not seem important, but with all the running it is imperative to rest well also. It is a centrally located condo, making it so easy to see all of the island several times! Mahalo!

Outstanding decor, breathtaking views and great loaction.

We stayed at this beautiful property for 7 days in Summers 2021, much needed retreat after Covid. The time we entered the house, we were spell bound! The mirrors on the walls adds depth and it reflects ocean views all day. Very clean and well maintained. Kitchen fully stocked, ample beddings and a convertible bed in the living room is an add on. Initially thought it will be tough for there is AC only in the living room, but once you turn it on, it cools pretty quickly and you won’t need it in the night if you open windows as cool breeze will soothe you. The ocean waves sound will offer amazing sleep. The pool, the walks down the property and the beach right in front will add as an icing to the cake. The only downside is, we didn’t have ample laundry detergent and toilet papers and ended up buying the same for our stay was 6+ days. The other thing is AC switch is in the master bedroom, which poses a problem if someone outside wants to turn it on in the night as it by default runs with a 4hour timer. But these are petty things to be worried about! Overall, amazing property, great views and well maintained site! I would highly recommend this and would definitely return.

Beautiful Views

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Loved the bars/restaurants at the harbor with daily happy hours and great food. The view was beautiful and we saw whales and turtles from shore. This area is very quiet and chill! The pool was freezing when we were here and only allowed 5 people in at a time, it was strongly enforced. We were disappointed the beach access wasn’t easily accessible... the stairs were washed away and never fixed. You have to climb down some ricks to get to. The grounds were beautifully kept up, grilling area was great and very very clean. Condo was on 4th floor and easy to access from elevator. Parking was easy. The condo itself was nice. kitchen was well appointed and had most things you need. We were happy to see the spices! Never needed the a/c because of the nice breeze. Patio furniture on the deck and twin mattresses need to be updated. We never got the WiFi to work.

Deb and Dicks’s place is an absolute dream. A hidden gem is an accurate description. Unit and grounds were perfect. We did have a few minor issues but they were promptly taken care of. We can’t wait to return.

Between the three of them there's plenty of potential to create a memorable stay for your family. After enjoying the place for so many years, it's their hope you will find it as special as they do.

Why they chose this property

The location of the property is Maui's best kept secret. Close to all the amenities, protected from over development by a bird sanctuary and miles of unpopulated beach, make this a first choice for a holiday location. The unit itself is situated to receive the morning sun, great for coffee in the morning. Watch the sun rise over Haleakala. By lunch time the sun has moved around the side of the property and the unit is in the shade. Combined with the gentle breeze this unit is always cool and comfortable.
