ALOHA. Come vacation in our beautiful, newly remodeled 2BR/2BA beachfront home. Enjoy the breathtaking views of Kaho’olawe Island, Molokini Crater, the West Maui Mountains and of course the pristine Pacific Ocean and its shoreline. Sugar Beach is the longest sandy beach in Maui and is just steps away. We offer free WI FI, free parking, and large screen HD TV's in living room and both bedrooms.
Our beach home is an end unit which allows for even greater unobstructed panoramic views from the lanai, living room and dining room. Master bedroom also has great ocean views. Relax with your cup of coffee or a glass of wine and enjoy the seasonal migrating whales and spectacular sunsets. Let the sound of the waves put you to sleep each night.
Just across the street is an ABC convenience store, a Farmer’s Market and the best Hawaiian shaved ice and bakery. We are just minutes away from downtown Kihei, which offers many choices for shopping, dining, and local activities. We are centrally located to all of Maui’s famous attractions. Lahaina is 20 miles to the northwest, Wailea 6 miles south, and the airport 9 miles north of the condo.

We had a wonderful time in this super apartment. The corner balcony with direct beach and see view is spectacular, both at day and night. Tiva is a great host and we enjoyed communicating with him, he’s very much in the all and helpful. We’d love to come back. Thank you!

The interior of the property is up to date and spotless. Our family of 4 was perfectly comfortable. The closets had all the beach day gear a family could need for an island vacation. When we needed a break from playing on the beach right outside, we were able to take in the incredible views from the windows and balcony, including the beautiful view of the canoe rentals next door. Across the street is an amazing farmers market, ABC store, artisanal bakery, gift shop and literally the best shave ice shop on Maui. Grocery shopping, gift shopping, luaus, everything you could want are just minutes away from the property. The people are so kind - everyone is happy to be there. It really is paradise.

Marvellous Maui!

We had a wonderful trip to Maui and a perfect stay at Susan and Tiva’s. We toured all over the island, saw all the sights and many great beach days, including the beach right in front of the condo. At the end of each adventure it was lovely to come “home” to the condo’s comfort and amenities!

Perfect location

This was a perfect location for our family trip to Maui. The view was outstanding, watching whales almost every morning, walks on the beach were awesome and quick access to farmers market and ABC stores were super helpful for breakfast and snacks. The room was very clean and provided several items that are helpful when traveling like soaps, towels, and beach gear. Our family of 4 loved our stay!

well equipped condo on a quieter stretch of beach

This was a great condo, with ocean views and super comfy king bed (I have never slept better on vacation!). It is right in front of a more sheltered stretch of beach (not super wavy) and across the street from a great little bakery and fresh produced market. If you want to be a bit away from the busier parts of Kihei, this place is great!

Paradise

This was the perfect place to stay on Maui. The views from the balcony were breath-taking and we ate many meals listening to the waves and watching the sunset. The beds were comfortable and we loved all the provided beach gear and snorkeling equipment. Would definitely stay here again in my next trip!!!

Great spot centrally located

We loved our time here! It was relaxing and carefree. Our activities were a quick trip away and we found it to be the perfect launching off point. The bakery across the street was extremely convenient and a delicious start to most of our days on the island. We also loved all of the Beach supplies like coolers, chairs, and snorkels that were provided for guest use. Thanks so much for a great week!

Perfect oceanfront retreat!

The condo was exactly as shown in the photos. Cute and beachy! It was furnished with everything you would need for your visit. The views from the lanai were incredible. The beach was wonderful. I hope to stay here again as soon as I can.

Excellent location with stunning views of the ocean. The condo itself is one of the best accommodations we have stayed in. They have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Everything is decorated and maintained to a very high standard. Would love to return again .

Amazing Vacation

My husband and I Staten in this beautiful condo for 8 days. We spent a lot of time on the balcony watching amazing sunsets every evening and watching the sky light up every morning! The views are spectacular!! The canoe club next door was very fun to watch as were the turtles!! The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. It was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The owner text upon arrival and on our last day just to check in and the property manager did the same. This was simple to rent and we will definitely return!! Thank you for sharing your amazing property!!

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo. The location can't be beat. You can enjoy playing in the ocean and walking the beach. You can also enjoy sitting out on the lawn. The beds are comfortable and the condo is decorated very nicely. You can hear the sound of the waves crashing. Great location and great condo.

Amazing

2nd time staying in this complex and absolutely loved this unit. Feels like you are right on the water. Beautiful unit with gorgeous views and relaxing ocean sounds. Communication was amazing and an overall wonderful experience. Unit had everything we needed as a family of 4. Very centralized, so easy to explore different areas of Maui if desired. Would love to return.

Great stay

If you’re looking for a relaxing stay right on a sandy swimming beach, away from mega resorts and busy towns, you can’t do better than Sugar Beach. This condo is clean, cute & comfortable with awesome views of the ocean and sunsets, plus the added perk of a bakery (also serving excellent flavored coffees!) a farmers market, ABC Store and shave ice literally across the road. Each bedroom having an en suite bathroom was nicer than anticipated. The complex is clean, quiet, has a nice pool and plenty of parking. Owners were easy to communicate with & checked in when we arrived to make sure all was good. Would happily stay here again on our next visit to Maui.

2 Bedroom Condo Viewing Whales

This 2 bedroom condo was perfect with a great layout and fantastic views of the whales in action from the balcony. Our teenage daughter had her own room giving everyone space to relax. The location was great especially with the market and shaved ice across the street. It was an easy drive to other parts of the island to visit for part of the day and then we spent our afternoons enjoying the views from the condo or on the beach right in front. We had everything we needed at the condo!! Thank you for letting us enjoy your home, we certainly did and would rent this lovely condo again in a heartbeat.

Great condo, great location

The condo was immaculate and better than advertised. We were pleasantly surprised by the view once we opened the door. Seeing the lanai and the ocean once we opened the door reassured us that we made the right choice. The condo was positioned well to enjoy the sunsets every day from the lanai and even go for morning and evening walks on the beach. The added benefit was the view of the canoe club that was just down the beach. Waking up and enjoying coffee and watching the canoe club launch became our morning ritual. The farmers market and bakery across the street were major bonuses, we could enjoy fresh fruit and baked goods everyday! We just wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful view!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The owners were very helpful and responsive. The proximity to the beach (literally steps away) was great. We loved relaxing on the balcony and watching the ocean. The condo was very clean and nicely updated. There were many beach items already provided such as chairs, umbrella, a little cooler, beach mats, toys, and boogie boards which saved a lot of money in rentals. This was our third time in Maui and by far this has been our favorite place to stay. We loved staying in Kihei; it had a very small town feel which is a nice change from the resort town/touristy feel. We enjoyed earing at Fat Daddy's BBQ and snorkeling at Makena State Beach. We will definitely recommend this place to our family and friends and will be back again!

Stunning oceanfront view!

Kihei ****** is one of the best condos I’ve ever experienced on Maui! It is tastefully decorated with a “beachy feel.” The unit has beach items such as beach chairs, coolers, boogie board, and more! Out on the lanai is spectacular as you are able to see the hills to the southeast (since it is an end unit, there isn’t a wall blocking some of your view), the park next door, and the beautiful Pacific Ocean. I enjoyed using my binoculars to get to watch whales breach the water and slap their tails! I walked on the sandy beach for miles. Truly amazing experiencing God’s creation! The small resort is clean with helpful staff. Its central location on Maui makes traveling to other areas easy. We loved being across the street from the Sugar Beach Bakery, a farmers market, ABC Store, and Ululani’s Shave Ice. We did one excursion that I highly recommend ....a snorkeling experience with the Kai Kanani. It is my hope to return to Kihei ******#***. Thank you, Susan and Tiva!

Most beautiful condo ever visited

I can't say enough great things about this condo and the experience we had from start to finish. We received prompt, helpful and courteous responses by Tiva, the owner, upon booking and when we wanted to add a day to our booking (so glad we did). After walking into the condo the first time we all dropped our bags and said, "Wow!". The views are that good and the condo is beautiful and sparkling clean. We never wanted to eat out because having dinner on the lanai was so wonderful. The kitchen was well-equipped and the store and farmer's market across the street was an added bonus when you needed something and didn't feel like getting in the car. The place was very quiet - all we heard was the sound of the surf and the occasional chatter of the Common Mynas that would visit, hoping for a handout (we refrained from feeding them!). Great beach for walking and playing in the surf. We saw many humpbacks blowing and breaching in the distance. We found the location to be ideal for getting around Maui, e.g, to Maalaea Harbor for our boat trips, Lahaina, Haleakala National Park. We would love to come back!

Fantastic accommodations! Great location!

We had the pleasure of staying in north Kihei near Sugar Beach for our family vacation over Thanksgiving. There were five of us and we had plenty of room - Our 15 and 13 year olds stayed in the second bedroom which has twin beds and our 11 year old stayed on the queen sleeper sofa. The condo has been renovated and has granite counter tops, nice appliances, and best of all, beach chairs, coolers, snorkel gear for guests to use. This really came in handy and was convenient. A couple of nights we bought groceries and grilled out on the grills located on the property -they were clean and well maintained.The absolute best part of the condo is the view of the sunset each night. We sat out on the lanai with a glass of wine each night and were mesmerized with the colors of the sunset, sound of the ocean, and swaying palm trees. Truly magnificent. The location was great -quick trip up north to see shops at Lahaina, very close to Wailea and Big Beach (our favorite beach by far), and also very convenient to head to the other side, Road to Hana, Haleakala, etc. Literally walk across the street to shave ice, farmer's market, convenience store, and a great bakery. Surf lessons a couple of miles away (We did big Kahuna and they were great) as were many great restaurants in Kihei. Watching the next-door outrigger canoes each day was an added bonus. There are no unpleasant surprises at this place. Everything the owners list in their description is accurate, pictures are not misleading, and the owners were a joy to deal with. My only hesitation in recommending this place is that I'm worried too many people will want to go and I won't be able to get it scheduled next time ;-) We would (and hope to) go back and use this same spot. I am a retired teacher and Tiva is an electrical engineer. We both have traveled the world. We have vacationed on most of the Hawaiian islands, Maui being our favorite.

Why they chose this property

After spending many months searching for our vacation home, we fell in love with Kihei Beach and the condo with its close proximity to the beach. Kihei Beach is one of the very few properties on the island that is just 50 feet from the sand and ocean. From the condo you have incredible unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean, Maui Mountains, other islands and beautiful shoreline can not be beat . The area is clean and very well kept. People are friendly and helpful, locals and visitors alike. We now want to proudly share the property with our family, friends and you, our guests.

What makes this property unique

The beach and pool are never over crowded which allows for a quiet, relaxing day. When you are ready for more activity, dining, shopping, and local attractions are just a few minutes away. The Kihei Canoe Club is right next door which gives you a sense of the Hawaiian culture. You can watch their activities and you can join them on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. A convenience store, farmers' market, bakery and popular shaved ice and ice cream store are just across the street.
