The house was excellent, beautiful views, location and pool. Host and house keeping also excellent. The beds and mattresses were also excellent. Only had 4 fails for me as a former hotel manager....1) Love seat/sofa sank in the middle It was impossible to get comfortable to watch TV at night without you being pulled to the middle of the sofa. It needs to be replaced with a sofa that can accommodate a 3 bedroom house, not a love seat.2) The non-stick pans had completely lost their surface and needed to be thrown out. 3) The living room and dining room have shag rugs which grossed me out but I wore slippers all the time. Everyone knows that shag rugs hold the dirt. 4) The house does smell musty! I believe that it is due to water damage clearly visible on the living room wall.Other than making adjustments on these things, the house itself and the people running it were great. I would rent it again if these issues were resolved.

Excellent option for Azores long stay

The house was well-equipped, good sized rooms, very clean and the check in was easy and well organized. Nice view from the deck. We had our own parking spot - it was tight between the other houses and we had to back in but it was fine. All the appliances worked well. It was functional and easy to live in. The house was already showing a bit of wear and tear (bathroom walls, etc) but overall it was very clean. Location is excellent, close to Caloura and good swimming and eating!

Increíble propiedad

Hemos estado maravillosamente bien en una casa maravillosa , tiene todo lo que puede hacer falta , está nueva los anfitriones muy agradables . Se retrasó el vuelo y nos abrieron la casa a la 1 de la madrugada con una sonrisa … La zona de la isla es la mejor porque tiene microclima y hace muchísimo mejor que en otras partes de la isla . Muy recomendable
