Very nice contemporary apartment on the top floor of a secure residence with lift, 2 steps from the charming port of Sanary.

Ideal family 4 people or 2 couples, each with its own bathroom.

Entrance, each bedroom has its bathroom, separate toilet, large living room of 37 m² with fitted kitchen.
Air conditioning, very pleasant on hot days.
127 cm flat screen TV, home theater channel channels, wifi.
Sea view. Beautiful 15 m² terrace shaded by an electric blind, gas barbecue available.
Additional TV in bedroom 1.

Access to the village (10 mins) and the beaches (15 mins) is on foot.

Rental from Saturday to Saturday.

This was an amazing apartment, everything that was needed was there. A lovely lounge / kitchen (with a/c), large fridge freezer, dishwasher, extractor fan and any kitchen implement one could think of..... Superb wifi throughout.Two bedrooms (we only used the one), the main bedroom was large, having plenty of storage space. The smaller being well shaded, cool and airy.A lovely private balcony plenty big enough to relax and take in the sun.An easy 10 minute walk to the local supermarket, and 15 minutes to the beautiful port are with its vast choice of bars and restaurants.Communication with the host was superb.Checking in and out was meticulous, a lady called Nicole walked us through, explained access, keys, garage, gates, front door, lift (this really is a safe and secure place).It was excessively warm throughout our stay (36-39 degrees). The bedroom was a little warmer than ideal, even when keeping shutters and windows closed to keep out the sun).We parked the car in the owners private garage in the secure underground car park.I would certainly stay here again - what a great place!

Nous avons passé une tres bonne semaine dans cet appartement où nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous dès notre arrivée. Très spacieux, agréable, extrêmement confortable et parfaitement conforme aux photos, il est remarquablement bien équipé : rien ne manque. La grande terrasse est un vrai plus ; grâce au store déroulant, nous y avons pris tous nos repas. Excellente literie dans la chambre principale (prévoir des draps en 180 cm). Résidence et quartier très calmes. Nous avions nos vélos et avons apprécié de pouvoir les ranger dans le garage de M. Olives. Cette semaine nous a permis de découvrir cette magnifique région à pied (randonnées matinales dans le parc de la Sainte-Baume), en voiture (villages perchés) et à vélo (malgré le peu de pistes cyclables). Très bons échanges avec le propriétaire et excellent accueil de Nicole, d’une grande gentillesse. Merci également pour la bouteille de rosé bien fraîche à notre arrivée. Quelques points à noter ou préciser : les deux douches vieillissantes et les robinetteries mériteraient un détartrage. Le port est à 1,5 km et les plages de Portissol et de Bonnegrâce à environ 2 km à pied. Enfin, la climatisation est uniquement dans la pièce principale, mais cela ne nous a pas gênés : les nuits étant calmes, nous avons dormi les fenêtres ouvertes, l’air circulait bien, canicule. Une très belle location que nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Super séjour dans un appartement au top

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour, trop court...., dans un super appartement grand confort, magnifique terrasse avec vue sur mer. Résidence hyper calme et proche du port de Sanary, propriètaire très sympa. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Location à recommander sans soucis.

Des vacances idéales dans un appartement luxueux

Semaine passée à 4 (2 couples d'amis), nous avons passée une très agréable semaine, dans cet appartement tout confort situé à moins de 500m du charmant petit port de Sanary. Accueil sympathique du propriétaire, avec bouteille de rosé au frais pour notre arrivée. Quand nous le souhaitions nous pouvions profiter des animations nocturnes sans être gêné par le bruit lorsque nous restions à l'appartement. Nous reviendrons surement.

L'appartement idéal pour les vacances

Accueil agréable et chaleureux ( un petit cadeau de bienvenue nous attendait au frais) ! Appartement spacieux parfaitement entretenu et très bien équipé où il fait bon vivre ses vacances ...nous avait hâté d'y retourner ! (Mon mari et mon fils de 17 ans ne voulaient plus partir) Attention toutefois à ne pas oublier les draps ( Cela n'est pas spécifié )et à vous équiper chaussures de marche pour aller sur les plus belles plages de Sanary ( 2 km à 2,5 km de marche). Cela nous a permis de rester en forme ! Sanary est une ville superbe et dynamique proposant de nombreuses activités nautiques ou excursions en bateau. ( incontournable : l'île d'emblée ou Porquerolles) Excellent accueil des commerçants et des saisonniers. 8 jours ne nous ont pas suffi pour tout découvrir. Nous reviendrons assurément !
