the sea is 50 m away and you can choose among coves for snorkelling, small gravel beaches or further, sandy beaches.
The land front and rear of the villa is common, but you have a terrace on the front of the villa and a solarium on the back with sea view for both.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in wunderbarer Lage.Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, vor allem den Meerblick von 2 der 3 Balkone. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter / Manager und die Schlüsselübergabe waren problemlos.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l’appartement est vaste et lumineux ( et nous étions là en décembre), conforme aux photos. La maison est très bien située, à proximité immédiate de la mer. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et la communication est aisée. Nous recommandons !

Pour un noël auprès de nos enfants toulonnais

L’appartement est idéalement situé tout près de la mer avec un accès privé pour la résidence. Les pièces de séjour sont tournées vers le sud, et nous avons pu déjeuner dehors le jour de Noël. Tout est très propre, et tout le matériel nécessaire est présent Le propriétaire est attentif à nos besoins. L’endroit est très calme. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Schöne Woche am Meer

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, die Wohnung ist schön und es ist ein sehr kurzer Weg zum Baden. Wir hatten kein Auto dabei, Alles nötige kann man in fussläufiger Entfernung einkaufen. Eine Bushaltestelle ist in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Sehr schönes, geräumiges und gut ausgestattetes Appartement

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Das Appartement stimmt sehr genau mit den Bildern und der Beschreibung überein. Ein Grundriss in den Bildern würde noch helfen, sich die großzügigen Räumlichkeiten besser vorstellen zu können. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war jederzeit von Höflichkeit, Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft geprägt. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und hochwertig, die Gegenstände für den alltäglichen Bedarf sind da. Die zentrale Klimaanlage hat uns geholfen, die sehr heißen Tage und teilw. Nächte gut und erholsam zu verbringen. Ein kleiner, schöner Kiesstrand ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, größere Sandstrände findet man in 15 bis 20 Minuten zu Fuß, mit dem Auto kommt man gut zu den großen Stränden in Six-Fours oder le Brusc. Für Einkäufe und Restaurantbesuche (abgesehen von einem mobilen Pizzawagen) sollte man das Auto nehmen, auch wenn es fußläufig (ein Weg ca. 10-15 Minuten) eine kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeit mit Mini-Laden, Apotheke und einem guten Bäcker gibt. Parken in der geschlossenen Anlage ist direkt vor dem Haus möglich. Eine stabile Internetverbindung ist vorhanden und reicht für normales Surfen, Recherchen, Kommunikation etc. aus, für Streaming (Netflix, Youtube etc.) mehrerer junger Erwachsener jedoch ist die Leitung ein wenig zu schwach. Aber das war für uns überhaupt kein Problem. Wir können das Appartement und den Vermieter auf jeden Fall sehr weiterempfehlen und werden wieder kommen, wenn wir wieder Urlaub in dieser Gegend machen wollen.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub genossen. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man im täglichen Leben benötigt, in einer top Lage. Alles ist zu Fuß innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne und komfortable Wohnung wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt

Wir haben in der großen, hellen Wohnung im 1. Stock des Hauses unseren Pfingsturlaub genossen. Alles war sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Check-in/-out und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter waren sehr unkompliziert. Da das Haus in einer mit einem Tor abgesperrten Wohnanlage liegt, gibt es keinen Durchgangsverkehr. Zum Meer ist es ein Katzensprung, gleich in der Nachbarschaft gibt es einen überwachten Badestrand. Bäcker (sehr leckere Baguettes), ein Mini-Supermarkt, einige Restaurants und sogar Apotheke und Arzt sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Super semaine

Très bel appartement au premier étage d'une maison individelle, lumineux et vraiment spacieux avec un grand balcon pour les repas. La cuisine est bien équipée avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner pour la famille même si le camion à pizza n'est pas loin! À 2 minutes à pied de plages très faciles d'accès. Place de parking juste à l'extérieur très pratique. Propriétaire vraiment attentif, disponible et compréhensif (nous avions du retard à l'arrivée). Nous avons vraiment apprécié de poser nos bagages dans ce bel endroit une semaine au soleil sous les bougainvillées.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und für 5 Personen völlig ausreichend. Wir haben die kurzen Wege zum Strand sehr geschätzt. Sehr praktisch ist das Parken vor dem Haus in einer abgesperrten Zone. Die Wohnung kann ich sehr empfehlen

Sehr schönes Feriendomizil in hervorragender Lage

Das großzügige Ferienhaus mit zwei Wohneinheiten wurde vor wenigen Jahren komplett modernisiert. Das Inventar ist gepflegt, die Küche sehr umfassend ausgestattet. Ebenfalls sehr angenehm, gerade im Hochsommer, ist die die effiziente Klimaanlage. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Siedlung mit direktem Zugang zu einer Bucht mit kleinem Kiesstrand. Ein größerer, gut besuchter Sandstrand ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Umgebung bietet zahllose schöne Ausflugsziele für alle Geschmäcker. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Insgesamt können wir die Wohnung als Feriendomizil für eine Familie mit 2-3 Kindern sehr empfehlen.

Geräumige, saubere, helle Wohnung mit Meerblick

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und hell. Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt nichts vermissen, alle Elektrogeräte sind modern und funktionieren sehr gut. Die drei Schlafzimmer sind mit sehr bequemen Matratzen und gutem Bettzeug, sowie sauberer Bettwäsche und viel Stauraum ausgestattet. Bei Schönwetter bietet die große Terrasse einen zusätzlichen Essplatz im Freien, ein Balkon und eine zweite Terrasse mit schönem Meerblick stehen auch zur Verfügung. Bei Schlechtwetter gibt es eine gut funktionierende Heizung und der große Wohn-Essraum bietet genügend Platz für alle. Wir haben uns zu viert sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter ist sympatisch und die Kommunikation hat gut funktioniert. Ein Parkplatz steht direkt vor dem Haus zur Verfügung. Alles in allem können wir die Wohnung gerne empfehlen.
