The pictures directly show how the condo is! The place was fantastic and clean. Its close to a bunch of attractions so plenty to do around. You have direct access to the beach and plenty of parking, larger vehicles it may be challenging. The owners were very responsive and even gave some great recommendations for local eats that we have never heard of before. I have been coming to Myrlte for about 20 years, this is top 3 places we have stayed. Highly recommend and will come back, but dont take my week in August :)

Great location!

The condo was very clean and as a family of 5 it was very nice to have 3 bathrooms. The location is right across from Barefoot Landing and the crowd level at the beach in front of the condo was way less than other parts of the beach. We all really enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic New Years in North Myrtle. Our show was at the House of Blues and this was the perfect location for everything we had planned. House was well accommodated and perfect for our group. Would definitely book again.

Norrh Myrtle Beach is the best!

We so enjoyed our VRBO rental condo for our family vacation! North Myrtle Beach has become our favorite spot to spend our vacation! Typical beach property great parking, easy access great location. House keeping could be better floors gritty counters and stove felt greasy, bathrooms old but clean, TV remotes not sinker to TV . Good view 2nd floor would be much better.

Thank you for your feedback. My inspector and I personally walked this unit just before this check-in on May 31st. We intentionally walk the floors in bare feet as a test to the cleanliness of the floors. This is an important part of the inspection process on all hard surface floors. We also do a 50-point inspection in the entire condo, so we are very confident in the cleanliness of the condo. We did notice a problem with one of the three TV remotes this past weekend during our inspection. We had maintenance come by to resolve it. We do ask all of our guests if there are any issues or concerns that may arise during their stay, to please reach out to us and we would be glad to help. Unfortunately we did not hear from this guest until this review. As for the property view and the bathrooms, they are exactly as pictured in the list. We do our very best to describe the age of the building as well to show updated pictures of exactly what our guests should expect in terms of the rooms and the view.

Our girls week was great at Crescent Sands F1. Our location was convenient for our needs. We spent lots of time on the balcony with a beautiful view of the beach. We enjoyed the space we had other than the kitchen being a bit small for four women. LOL. Great place to stay!
