Our building is called Sea Pointe. This 4th-floor unit is freshly painted and sleeps 7. It boasts a brand-new furnace, hot water heater and central air with a washer and dryer for your comfort. The master bedroom has a full brand-new bathroom, new king bed, and sliding glass door access to the oceanfront balcony. The glass out to the oceanfront balcony in the living room was just replaced for a clear view of the ocean. All kitchen appliances were updated in August 2020. The balcony was recently waterproofed and there is brand new outdoor furniture.
The second bedroom has a single and queen size bed and the third bedroom has a queen bed with a desk. There are TVs with cable in each room and wifi with instructions next to each television. The second bath has been recently updated with new fixtures, floor and vanity. The unit is steps away from the pristine Cherry Grove beach with Lifeguards on duty in season. The 4th-floor unit includes parking passes for the parking garage that goes right up to the 4th floor for easy access to the unit. A few hundred yards down the beach the inlet meets the ocean and the sunrises and nature are breathtaking. The property is away from the congestion but just a short drive or uber ride to the action.
