This 2 bedroom villa in Nerja has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one bathroom with capacity for 4 guests.
El Romeral is a comfortable villa with a private pool, set in a rural location, but within walking distance of the town and beaches. Inside the property, both bedrooms have air conditioning and outside, there are wonderful, panoramic views from the villa of both the sea and the mountains.
The accommodation is equipped with the following facilities:
Outside:Private swimming pool, patio furniture, fenced patio, barbecue, private parking area.
Inside:Air conditioning in the bedrooms (also heats in cooler months), Internet (Wi-Fi), fireplace, iron, safe, hair dryer, cot and high chair.
In the kitchen the facilities include fridge freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.
The property has one bathroom with shower cubicle and wc.
Both bedrooms have an air conditioning unit to help you sleep more comfortably at night.
Villa el Romeral is located 71 km from Malaga airport, 110 km from Granada airport, 1.6 km from Mercadona supermarket, 2 km from beautiful Burriana Beach and restaurants, 2 km from the famous Balcon de Europa, 6.5 km from the pretty hillside village of Frigiliana, 4.5 km from the famous Nerja Caves, 1km from the Rio Chillar river with interesting treks along its course, 24 km from Aquavelis water park, 27 km from Baviera Golf course, 100 km from the world famous Alhambra Palace in Granada.
The villa is situated in a safe, family-friendly neighbourhood and is a very popular choice for families with young children.
A hire car is definitely recommended for visitors to the villa. The last 250 metres of the access road to access to the villa is not tarmac. We will provide instructions and maps to arrive to the villa via Calle Picasso and Cuesta Mariana. Please note that approximately 500 metres before arriving to the villa, the road crosses the Rio Chillar creek. The water level is usually very low and easily crossed on foot or in the car. There may however, be odd occasions after heavy rain when the water level is higher. On such rare occasions, it may be necessary to take a slightly longer alternative route into town to avoid crossing the creek.
** All prices include water, linen, towels, electricity and final cleaning. When this property is rented for a minimum of 28 nights during the period from September to June, the discounted prices shown exclude electricity costs.**
