Beautiful Single Floor Private 5 BR, 4 BA Villa, 15-20 mins from Disney.

Welcome to Tuscan Pines Villa, our spacious, luxuriously furnished single-story villa in the "gated" community of Tuscan Hills, a "tiled roof" Mediterranean-style community in a private and peaceful setting, yet only a few minutes from Orlando's world renowned sporting and entertainment attractions. Our villa has 5 large bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, a kitchen, laundry room, breakfast room and family room, that has Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring. The garage is finished and utilized as a game room with a Foosball Table, a 7' Air Hockey Table, a Hoops Basketball Game and Dart Board in the garage that is well-lighted and ventilated.

Our screened in lanai has a 55" LED TV mounted on one of the patio walls so you can enjoy sporting events or watch the news in the comfort of your patio.

The grand master suite has a king size mattress and adjoining master bath. The bedroom has access to the pool area. The two Queen en-suites each have a queen bed, clothes closet and an adjoining full bath.

The other 2 bedrooms each have 1 twin bed and 1 full-sized bed in each bedroom, with a smart TV and they share a full bath.

The villa has a large secluded (hedges surround the pool area) "heated" private pool (13' x 25') and an attached Jacuzzi spa. The pool is "south-facing", which gets full sun all day long. Guests at our villa will find our location ideal and within only a few minutes' drive to restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores and pharmacies.

Disney is about 15-20 minutes away without having to travel on any Interstate to get there.

We know you will enjoy staying at our villa as we strive to make it "home away from home"!!!

You can tell the minute you enter Tuscan Pines that it has the charisma and character that makes you want to keep on coming back. We love it here and we know you will too.

What makes this property unique

My wife and I fell in love with Tuscan Pines. The previous owner truly cared about this beautiful villa and we decided we would carry on the tradition and keep the name "Tuscan Pines Villa". We have received annual awards as one of the highest ratings (9.9) for reviews in 2018, 2019, 2020 & 2021 from Booking.com and VRBO. My wife and I are committed to making our villa a place that you will create wonderful memories with your family.
