This was our 3rd trip to the villa and as always it was outstanding. It really does feel a home from home and feel relaxed as soon as we walk through the door. You have everything you need and the villa is spotless and a great place to stay. David the owner is highly attentive throughout the process checking everything is ok and genuinely makes you feel welcome in his home. I have no doubt we will return.

Our second stay at this property and we’ve already booked for 2026!! It really is an extremely well equipped ‘home from home’ and is ideally located for all of Orlando’s main attractions, including a fabulous choice of golf courses. The house is in a safe, quiet and peaceful community with a fantastic pool and deck to enjoy the fabulous sunset.

We had a great stay. The villa was accurately described and met our needs perfectly. Pool was great, home has lots of space, and a good location. Communication with owner was also great. One of our favorite VRBOs after staying in many over the years.

Great house and pool

This was our second stay at this property. The outdoor space is great. Pool is the perfect size and there are plenty of options for seating in sun and shade. The house is very clean, there is plenty of space, and a great kitchen.

A wonderful stay

The house had everything promised and more. We enjoyed our time by the pool and relaxing inside and appreciated the comfortable beds, soft towels in abundance and food panty of staples.We're also fans of the Highland Reserve property, which has a very relaxed family feel. Highly recommended.

Amazing family villa

This property has everything needed for a fantastic stay in Florida communication with the owner was amazing and the villa accommodated all of us . The pool area was quiet and the villa is a short drive to the parks and other amenities . Beds comfy and bedding and towels plenty. Looking at staying again in the future and will recommend to others

The villa was fantastic, especially the lay out making it so spacious. Everything you could ask for was there, location to the theme parks was also ideal. Owner and property management team very helpful when needed would definitely recommend and will be looking to re-book when we plan to return in 2025

We stayed at this property for a family vacation. There was plenty of room for all 10 of us. The kids, parents and grandparents had a wonderful time. Perfect for our family getaway

This house was perfect for our family getaway to Central Florida. Perfect distance to the theme parks. The home itself is wonderful—perfect space for 2 families. Extremely clean and organized, everything we needed at the house. Beds were super comfortable (I am very picky about beds:)). David was a great host—we will definitely be back!
