This beautiful house, located in the village of Menthon-Saint-Bernard, offers peace along with lovely views of the lake, the mountains, and the Château de Menthon. It’s just a 15-minute walk to the lake and 5 minutes from the village shops.
The private garden and terraces overlook the 6m x 4m pool and offer the perfect setting for meals and relaxation, with a BBQ and outdoor dining area that let you enjoy the stunning scenery. Free private parking is available on site.
Inside, the house is arranged over split levels, creating bright, open spaces.
The entrance hall leads to the living room, with large bay windows offering lake and garden views, a TV area, and a fireplace.
Just above, the open-plan kitchen and dining area overlook the living room and share the same spectacular mountain and lake views.
From the kitchen/dining area, two terraces are accessible:
- One with a dining table and BBQ
- One with outdoor lounge furniture
In summer, enjoy the sunset views over Mont Semnoz and the lake.
At the living room level, there is a double bedroom, a family bathroom, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, you'll find two additional double bedrooms, a second bathroom, a laundry room, and another toilet.
A fourth bedroom, designed as a loft open to the living room below, is located on the top floor.
The garage is available for storing bikes and water sports equipment, and the driveway can accommodate up to three cars.
Please note:
- The house features open staircases without railings – young children must be supervised at all times.
- The pool is equipped with an alarm, but has no protective fencing – constant supervision is essential.
Guests have access to all parts of the house.
