Great condo!

We loved the layout of the condo for our large family. The only negative was we ran out of hot water every time we all tried to get ready in the evenings for dinner. Overall it was great. We would definitely recommdnd and stay here again.

Great ocean view!

Very nice property overlooking the ocean. Everything was well maintained. My family loved it. Only issue and it is not the owners fault is the elevator system, it’s very slow.. but that is the only issue we had with this great property!

The condo was clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. The view was beautiful. Elevators were timely with 5 elevators on floor 1-15 and to my knowledge, 3 on floors above that. Good parking garage. Quick check in. Felt safe at all times. No complaints at all. I would stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great week in Panama

Condo was awesome, perfect size for my whole family of 9 and the beds are the most comfortable we have ever had on vacation, thank you for going the extra step and putting mattress toppers on all of them. Only suggestion would be to keep beach chairs there, can be just simple $8 chairs like the ones we purchased from across the street at Winn-Dixie. This would have been a nice addition.

Tidewater

The location of Tidewater is great, our room provided a great view and was furnished nicely. It was advertised as a 4 bed room but it's not. The bunk beds are in the hallway between the bathroom and another bedroom. The beds did seem to have sand in them but the bedding looked fresh and clean. Overall it was a great visit and I would select this unit again. The largest downfall is the amount of time you spend waiting for the elevator. Be prepared to take the stairs or wait.

The bedding is provided by our third party linen service which washes all linens at 160 degrees to ensure complete sanitization, so you are right, they were fresh and clean! I'm sorry to hear it felt like it had sand in the bed...I'll review our protocols and procedures with our cleaners to avoid that. We're very sorry about the elevators, we wish we could have more control, but unfortunately, that is the resort's responsibility. They are actively working to improve the elevator situation. It may not be what it seems like

The picture on the website was v ery pretty, but when you get to the unit it was only ok ( not a vacation get away as we expected). the furniture were worn out, the pots and pans were old and scarce, the decor was old dated. Nothing match. However, the beds were comfortable. And the beach view from the unit was beautiful. In summary, I would not come back next time for the money that I paid for.

Overall it was a good stay. We did wish the floors were cleaned better, our feet were black from walking without shoes. If there was a mop in the unit I’d have been happy to mop. There was plenty of room for ten of us. The balcony is spacious. Beds were extremely comfortable! I wish the staff around were a bit more friendly. I didn’t get a hi or smile or wave unless I initiated it 98% of the time. We were a little upset to see the indoor pool under construction upon arrival. That was one of the big reasons we booked here, however I understand maintenance is needed from time to time.

Door code killed two hours of time after driving all day

The door codes don’t work. No one answers the call center when you have a problem, you have to leave a message. Finally someone calls back after we leave an “urgent” message, which requires special inputs. I was pleased with the condo, beach and pool. Waited over an hour for an elevator with my elderly parernts after checkout to get their things to the car. Elevators, parking, and logistics leave a lot to be desired. Also even though I paid for an additional parking spot, we were not allowed to park a rented golf cart in our spot. It had a state tag, insurance and was street legal. Rediculous. I had to take the golf cart back to the rental company lot even though we rented it for our vacation and had a rented spot for parking. I would suggest a house with a pool for this price in the future. I know I will spend my money elsewhere.

Anytime an issue comes up it’s always best to call us because we are here to help you. Summer time at Tidewater can be a very busy time and the elevator issues are unfortunate but out of our control. Spacious Paradise

This roomy corner unit is perched at a great location on the 7th floor. The variety of views don’t get any better than this. This floor to ceiling panorama offers sites of gorgeous ocean view teal waters, a relaxing pool, and the Pier Park cityscape. Friendly staff, who are attentive and continuously cleaning the lobbies and shared spaces. Easy check-in. Communication was thorough and kind with property management. 7th Floor location gives potential options for taking the elevators or the stairs. Parking process was not difficult and parking spaces were not hard to find. Inside the unit the washing machine worked great, the towels and linens were plush and plentiful. It felt lacking of places to hang towels and swimsuits to dry, could use more towel bars or hooks. Coffee machine is nice, a drip brew style that uses a normal round filter. You will need your own small dish liquid, pump hand soaps, toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. There is no stash of seasonings for cooking, but there are nice dishes, kitchen gadgets/tools, appliances, cookware. Beds are comfy. With the 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and 2 bunk beds, it was such a comfortable, spacious place to vacation. The showers are standard with old style sliding doors over a tub base, or a corner shower, and would be nicer if remodeled and updated, but it was clean enough and didn’t detract from comfort or enjoyment of this home away from home. This beautiful corner unit is everything I wanted a beach vacation to look and feel like. Views are magnificent. It was a positive, memorable experience. I’m thankful for such a nice place to stay.

Deep clean

The floor was so sticky and slippery. Your feet were black from the film that was on the floor. The condo was beautifu itself but the floor made the stay very unpleasant than it could have been. A steam mop would be a nice asset for the property.

Great view, great location, very nice place to stay! Would definitely recommend to others, and stay here again in the future! The elevator waits weren't too long, but it could be a pain during busy hours. The bunk beds where the kids slept had some leftover sand in the bed sheets, but this wasn't a big issue as everything else was super clean and we felt right at home!

Comfortable beds and amazing view. Few things could be different but mainly just wear and tear of a condo. Easy to enter. There was no cable and we didn’t realize it, but one tv was a Roku so we just logged into our accounts to watch. Over all wonderful stay

Pros: location and view were great. Beds were very comfy. Cons: unit and living room furniture are very tired. One chair in living room is significantly stained. Dent in wall in hallway as well. Bedroom TVs are not hooked to cable or internet so can’t use. If light switches on wall are off then you cannot use outlets. Would have been nice to know that part. We thought phones were charging and they were not. Management responded quickly to questions but not very flexible in accommodating late checkouts. Would not stay at this resort or with this company again.

When the owner set up service with the provider, they were to come set up the boxes, but instead, they asked us, the management company, to pick them up, and we were given the wrong boxes. This has now been resolved after dealing with the cable provider, so I'm very sorry for the inconvenience. As for the switches and outlets, typically if the outlet is upside down, it operates on a switch, but that isn't always the case. We realize there are a lot of switches in some of our properties, so for that, I'm sorry. Lastly, we always try to accommodate our guests, but per the contract, a late checkout comes at a cost, and if it's a turn (meaning someone is checking in the same day you check out) we cannot allow it so the cleaners have enough time to prepare the property for the next guests. Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from May 14- August 6. We offer 5-night rentals March 5 - April 23, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. Renter must be at least 25 years old to rent.
