The house was very centrally located to all the main attractions which made our stay even more enjoyable. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was super responsive to all our questions and provided recommendations on all the local activities and amenities. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this property.

Amazing location right in the centre with 2 amazing balconies. Ana was very helpful with check in and with local recommendations. Also left us a welcome supply of drinks and snacks when we arrived.

This apartment is located in a pedestrian only area of the old town. Finding it was a challenge! Parking is extremely limited. A nearby parking lot as well as a parking garage farther away are expensive, costing 49 per 24 hours. The elevator is tiny and holds at most 2 people at a time. It took 3 trips to get four of us and 4 cases to the 4th floor. The location in the old city is excellent, with everything you could want nearby.

The apartment is exactly as described and the outdoor kitchen terrace even better than described. It wasn’t clear to me that the terrace is completely private. We loved it. Ana has provided everything you need to settle in immediately. As noted, she even leaves snacks and drinks. And she is so responsive to all questions!!My one small complaint is that there is sometimes an odor from the bathrooms. She has provided several air fresheners that help a lot, but a couple of times it bothered me. Other than that, excellent apartment!!Es it was unpleasant. P

Absolutely amazing apartment, perfectly located in the centre and within walking distance of some beautiful sights and restaurants.Ana was extremely helpful from start to finish, arranged all our transfers and made some great recommendations.We've had an amazing time in Split and would highly recommend the apartment to anyone considering visiting.

Great Location

Wonderful apartment with a great terrace / balcony right in the heart of Split. During our week we enjoyed the restaurants, beaches and bars that were recommened by Ivana. Would love to return one day.

Excellent Central Apartment

Beautifully apt with a fantastic location. The terraces were a perfect setting to enjoy a breakfast coffee as well as G&T before the night out. Great atmospheric, historic allyways to lead you to all the doorstep eateries, bars and promenade. Definitely look to stay here again

We loved our stay here!! The host was awesome! She gave us lots of tips on where to go and where to eat. She left maps in the house for us to use. She also left many treats!! She went above and beyond as the host. We loved it here!!!

Fabulous apartment in the Old City

The apartment is in an excellent position so you can easily explore Split. It is very comfortable and well furnished. The veranda is a real bonus as a place to relax and look over the city. Ana was a very helpful host with lots of recommendations

Ana is the hostess with the mostest. Her communication was great, she checked in every couple days just to make sure everything was going well, offered fresh towels, AND since we arrived on a national holiday when all stores were closed she provided us with bread and jam and bottled water and some other goodies. So very!!!THOUGHTFUL. The apartment was steps from everything, the palace, the riva, the green market, transportation, restaurants, bars, bistros. Super comfortable with a lovely terrace with a rooftop view to the sea. And air conditioning which came in handy a few evenings. We loved Split and want to go back and when we do we will book with Ana again.

We stayed a week in this wonderful apartment. We wanted a place where we could settle in, be comfortable, and really get to know the city. Location is perfect, only a minute to all the sites, terrific restaurants and a grocery store. The beds are comfortable, the back deck is perfect to relax in, the kitchen is great (loved having a great coffee maker and ice for our drinks!), and the owner is terrific to work with. We explored the sites and took day trips to the islands and nearby towns. The apartment is only 2 minutes from the Riva where there are great places to eat, tuc-tuc tours and cabs. The ferry is an easy 10 minute walk. The elevator made it perfect as many places have a flight or 2 of stairs to deal with. After a week we hated to leave. Thank you Ana !

Magic Terrace apartment was magic

Very spacious clean apartment with large shaded balcony. Fully air conditioned in living room and both bedrooms.Excellent location - in centre of everything but no noise. Host was very efficient and extremely helpful. Would recommend.

Great Location!

This apartment has a great location. It had everything we needed. I would absolutely recommend this place. Very close to markets, shopping and great restaurants.We did have spotty WiFi but to be fair, we had bad weather during our trip. Rain on and off and high winds. There is a smart tv so you’re able to stream in your home language.

The apartment was an absolute gem of a find. Beautifully renovated and extremely well stocked we were all delighted and charmed with this exceptional property. The air conditioning was first class in all rooms and was very much welcome as we were there during a heatwave. The roof terrace was wonderful and well set up and was a haven of quiet given its situation in the centre. Ana our host was really helpful and readily accessible. There were supplies and goodies and countless thoughtful provisions left for us. Linen and towels were lovely and fresh and clean. The apartment is in the centre of everything and couldn’t be easier for restaurants, bars or just people watching on the Riva. Would recommend this with no hesitation. Thank you Ana we had a lovely time in your apartment.

Nous avons réservé cet appartement pour 5 jours et avons passé un séjour formidable. L'appartement est magnifique, très propre et très bien équipé , il est idéalement situé dans la vieille ville et permet l'accès à tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. La terrasse est très spacieuse et superbe avec une vue imprenable sur les toits de la ville. Ana est une hôte très à l'écoute et est très réactive elle s’est souciée régulièrement de notre bien être et nous a fourni beaucoup d'informations utiles. Elle nous a d'ailleurs préparé des boissons et des petites choses à grignoter pour notre arrivée. Nous conseillons vivement à qui souhaite visiter Split de choisir le bel appartement d’Ana et nous la remercions chaleureusement.

If you're looking to stay in Split, grab this apartment as soon as you can! Perfect location, spacious apartment, amazing host. We loved our time at Ana's apartment. Hyper clean, with two terraces overlooking old town, which we used every day. Walking distance to everything you need. Ana was an incredibly responsive and friendly host, and answered any questions quickly, and provided a whole list of restaurants and bars to check out. Don't hesitate to book if you're heading to split.
