This is a lovely apartment in a super location. It’s in a quiet residential area that’s only a 15 to 20 minute walk to the Palace area. Clean, well equipped, comfy beds, great view, close to some super restaurants - highly recommended.

Lovely view of the sea from the balcony. Location was perfect for wandering around old town. Apartment was clean and perfect for our group of 3 couples. We loved our stay. Maroje met us at the apartment and provided a good run down of the apartment and the area. He was very responsive to any and all message requests. I highly recommend this apartment if you’re visiting Split!

This is a wonderful apartment in a beautiful and very quiet neighborhood. The entire place was immaculately clean! Walking distance to everything you could want. Grocery stores and cafes/bakeries right around the corner. We loved our stay here and the host was very attentive. We had to purchase a few necessities (coffee filters, garbage bags, dish soap, batteries for the TV remote), but that didn't dissuade us from having a great time!

Very nice apartment, well decorated, close to shopping in the old city as described. Well-suited for two couples visiting the area. I would book this apartment again if I was returning to split.

We lovvvvvved this place for the location to beaches, marinas, resturants, etc. Stayed 3 nights and enjoyed not having to turn on the TV one time. So much to see and do.

Spacious, clean, apartment in great location.

We spent 4 days spacious of 4 in Split. The apartment is very clean, with plenty of space for all of us to play games, relax, eat. Bathrooms are clean, with great showers, beds are comfortable. Having a private parking space was super convenient, since street parking is Split is very limited. A beach is in walking distance, as well as the old town and harbor.The host met us in person for check-in, even though we arrived after 10pm, and even left us some food, since we arrived on Easter weekend with all grocery stores closed. I would rate this as one of my best Vrbo experiences.

Perfect location and lots of comfort

We were all comfortable! Everyone had space to be alone and space to share communally. Lovely balcony. Great off atreet parking and we didnt have to use the car once during our stay. Palace/Old town, beaches, parks, groceries, restaurants all within walking distance. Quiet neighborhood.

Great Hospitality

Totally enjoyed our time in Zadar. Marin and his wife went above and beyond to ensure our time there was great . The unit is lovely and well appointed. You won’t be disappointed by booking this unit. Tip…use Uber versus a cab. The cabs were ridiculously priced.

Nice property in a quiet neighborhood

Very nice and spacious 3 br/2 bath rental in a quiet neighborhood (15-20 minute), easy walk to the historical area. Unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator but nice views. Tastefully furnished and comfortable beds. Nice bathrooms. Off street parking. Host was very cooperative and easy to communicate with. Restaurants and markets nearby. Definitely would go back.

Beautiful Apartment

Our stay at this luxury apartment was everything we had hoped it would be. Split is a beautiful historical city and our location allowed us to walk to Diocletions Place, Riva, restaurants and the beach. Parking is very difficult and stressful in the city but our apartment had a driveway which enabled us to park our rental car without stress. We took a day and drove to Dubronik and another day to Plitvice Lakes National Park since we were centrally located. The apartment is very comfortable and the view of the sea from the balcony is beautiful.

Wonderful location. Very clean and modern apartment with 2 rooms and pullout couch. All amenities included....refrigerator was even stocked with drinks! Very helpful hosts. Great apartment for families. Washing machine is super helpful. Right next to best beach. Minutes to main part of town. Up on 4th floor of building. Lots of stairs but nice view of the harbor. We would definitely recommend!
