You'll also find plenty of bars, takeaways, restaurants, supermarket and launderette less than a minute walk.

This apartment is situated in a very quiet building that’s clean and secure with gardens maintained by residents. Please note this property is not suitable for party people! It’s in a fantastic location and you won’t need a car, however private off street allocated parking is provided for all guests.

If you want to travel a little further afield, you can visit Gunby Hall & Gardens, Sandringham House & Gardens, Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve to name just a few. You'll also find golf, family pleasure parks and miles beautiful Lincolnshire coastline all close by.

The apartment is in an Art Deco building, it's very bright and warm with huge windows and a fantastic sunny balcony accessed from the patio doors in the lounge. There's a large flat screen TV, WiFi and if you fancy dining in, the spacious kitchen diner is fully equipped with everything you'll need.

The building is accessed with a secure main keypad entrance, with a key-lock box for the apartment on the first floor. So you can arrive anytime of the evening without prior arrangement. And if your travelling by public transport, Skegness station is only half a mile away.
