I do have the cleaning video taken immediately after the clean was completed, which shows all rooms clean and in an acceptable condition, and there is no evidence of any cockroaches present at that time.
If you did see very small insects on the worktop, they were more likely to have been ants, which can occasionally find their way into caravans, particularly during warmer weather, despite regular pest control measures.
Regarding the smell on arrival, this was not reported during the cleaning inspection and is not evident on the video. Had we been contacted during your stay, we would have gladly investigated and attempted to resolve any concerns immediately.
We take cleanliness very seriously and all caravans are cleaned and inspected before guest arrival. However, we appreciate your comments and will ensure they are passed on to our cleaning team for review.

Lovely weekend away it were a little confusing arriving there took us to the place next door but communication were brilliant and managed to get in, the caravan were set up beautifully very easy for all 8 of us to get settled best we could and the location is brilliant everything is a walking distance it is set in the perfect place. It has been the first time we have booked privately but would definitely do it again. Thank you so much!!! Definitely Recommend to everyone!
