"We have just come back f...

"We have just come back from the wonderful stay at Gallipoli. The appartment was not so new but enough equipped for our needs (especially full linen, washing machine, solar parasol for the beach, bicycle etc). The landlord kindly came to pick us up to the train station and brought the child table chair for us! We stayed the first several days without car. But we could manage all and stayed rather without stress. When we wanted to go to the historic center of Gallipoli, we called taxi. Anyway only residence car and taxi can enter in the historic center. There are two small supermarkets in the center of Baia Verde and they do also delivery service. ( but the begining of the June they have still less fresh product. About 1km from the apartment there is larger supermarket, which you can go by a bicycle of the apartment) . Anyway there is a great value to come to for its long sand beach. It is like Hawaii or more!!! It was pity that the zone and beach is less organized for small children (no park, no big toys at the beach) but our kids enjoyed the same. "

Casa spaziosa per una coppia, vicina alla spiaggia di Baia Verde. Zona tranquilla e con parcheggio subito fuori il cancello della casa. Disponibilità di tutto quello che necessita in una casa, doppio condizionatore e frigo nuovo. Gentilissima la proprietaria ci ha accolto ed illustrato tutta la casa mettendoci tutto a disposizione.

Io e i miei 4 amici siamo stati in questa casetta una settimana, la signora ci ha accolto benissimo mostrandoci tutta la casa Non mancava assolutamente niente. Ottima posizione, 5 minuti dalla spiaggia e dal supermercato.

Très très bien située mais il manquait un peu de confort au niveau de la cuisine. Un four micro ondes, une cafetière et une casserole un peu plus grandes pour les amateurs de thé ! Anna teresa est très gentille et accueillante. Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette région magnifique.

freundlicher Empfang, nähe zum Meer super, Sicherheit sehr gut Mängel: Dusche in Toilette hat funktioniert, die Fliesenabtrennung hat sich gelöst. Gas-Stellen hat nur eine gut funktioniert. die anderen waren sehr schwach. Für 6 Personen scheint sie mir absolut nicht geeignet. es ist ein Schlafraum und ein Wohn/Essraum im dem auch ein Bett steht aber keine sofa o.ä. Das Fernsehgerät hat permanent stark gebrummt, so dass ein Film ansehen nicht möglich war.. Insgesamt ist das Inventar stark abgenutzt, Stühle an den Lehnen geschraubt und wackelig. Da es nachts auch schon kühler war haben wir eine Decke vermisst.

Fantastic stay

We spent a lovely last minute holiday here in May. The apartment was very spacious and clean and the owners kindly collected us from the station in Gallipoli on arrival. Baia Verde was very quiet at this time and we walked to the supermarket on the edge of Gallipoli, as the local shops were closed. We also used the train to get in to Gallipoli and back. The beach is a stones throw away . We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment.

immobile pulito, dotato di 2 condizionatori ( che non abbiamo quasi mai usato visto che tirava sempre un bel vento )posizione della casa perfetta una volta arrivati con la macchina si possono anche buttare le chiavi in quanto c'è tutto nel giro di pochi km.proprietari gentili e disponibili. se devo trovare una pecca non consiglio di andare in 6 persone se non ci si vuole arrangiare con lo spazio. consigliato

Appartamento molto gradevole in posizione vicinissima al mare, la casa presenta tutti i confort, ottima la disponibilità dei proprietari, la casa gode di due condizionatori e la disponibilità di avere tutta la biancheria a disposizione, cosa da non sottovalutare se si vuole viaggiare leggeri. partite e lasciate tutti i problemi alle spalle. consigliato. Disponibilità di ombrellone, sdraietta, inoltre c'è la possibilità di effettuare la doccia già nel cortile e tutta la sabbia se ne va via. A++++

Comoda e accogliente

Casa molto comoda e in posizione strategica per visitare il Salento, per il mare e per fare festa. A inizio giugno il prezzo è molto basso e il mare nelle vicinanze è spettacolare. Siamo stati accolti molto gentilmente e i proprietari sono stati molto disponibili prima e durante il soggiorno.
