The most well appointed condo in Ixtapa! My luxury 2600 square foot condo directly on the beach ensures enough space for your family or group to enjoy. I feature 2 large suites with the most comfortable king beds, a guest room with 2 double beds and a maids room with twin bunk beds.

With travertine marble flooring, a gourmet kitchen overlooking the ocean, you won't find a property this unique. I feature oversized HD TV’s with Apple TV for streaming. I feature mini-split air conditioning in each room. You will have every kitchen pan and gadget you could imagine.

My oversized balcony with floor to ceiling glass sliding doors is 63’ x 10’ that wraps around. I have a comfortable sectional where I had the doors moved back to enlarge the outdoor living space. My terrace features outdoor dining and a breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean in Ixtapa. Expansive outdoor terrace with gas grill, and outdoor dining.

I offer Telemex Fiber Optics WiFi 200Mbps Upload, 75Mbps+ Download. I work while I" there and have video meetings without interruption. (Note in high season this can decrease but it's still upgraded to the fastest speed in the region).

Everything from hairspray to contact lens solution to dishwashing detergent to hair dryers, I make sure my guests have extras you need to just walk in and enjoy your vacation.

Bay View Grand Residencial Ixtapa is directly across the street from shops, restaurants and grocery. Our building features 2 stunning beachfront infinity pools, jacuzzis’s, onsite restaurant, spa, and tennis.

Master bedroom has a small closet for hanging clothes and a large dresser. There is a $450 Peso ($25 USD or $15 USD for children) per person resort fee paid upon your arrival. There is a $75 cleaning fee. May through October there is a $80 USD electricity fee. Electricity is horribly expensive in Ixtapa.

Stunning Condo, Professionally Decorated

This is the place! It's absolutely beautiful. Jori and Steve completely renovated it–everything is brand new, and they put so much thought into it. The appliances are all top notch, and beds are super comfortable. It's clear they bought top quality everything from the sheets to the comforters to the furniture. There was nothing we could have asked for–they thought of everything. The 75" tv is wonderful, and you can swing it around to watch tv on the balcony. There was ample space for our whole family, and the kids loved the bunk beds! The building is extremely secure, the security gate is always guarded for complete safety. We loved the cafe–great food–everything was very affordable. We absolutely will stay here again, and HIGHLY recommend Jori's condo! They were so accommodating, and left nothing to chance.

Beautiful condo, beautiful views!

This condo has everything you need from kitchen to bedrooms and baths! Very well appointed and very comfortable! The deck is the perfect place to relax and read a book, visit with friends or have a perfect dining experience while enjoying the fantastic ocean view and cool ocean breeze!

Modern, roomy, and cozy condo!

Fantastic large open family space with beautiful private bedrooms and baths. Our family loved the condo layout, balcony lounging, super modern kitchen, nice TV's, and all the condo amenities. The ocean and sunset views are incredible from the balcony. We loved the variety of swimming pools, steps to great beach-walking and ocean waves, and a great on-site restaurant. Nice to have such great condo security, friendly staff, and being across the street from countless Ixtapa restaurants and shops. You are also minutes from "Z-town" for the cost of ~8-pesos on a bus or 70-100 pesos via taxi. Jori and her locally based condo manager quickly assist with any questions or requests. Jori provided great vacation tips and restaurant recommendations. We would definitely recommend this condo and we look forward to coming again.

So much better than an A.I.

I wrote details about the high-end stuff like feather bed, USB plugs, MegaCable channels, where to get groceries etc only to find the review page restricts the length of the review. So I won't go into all the extensive amenities of the Bayview Grand or of suite 601N. The edited version is this place is an excellent choice by location, by building and by suite. Four bedrooms, four bathrooms and high-end everything from linens to appliances to dishes. The suite is exactly like the photos. Study them. Enjoy! We sure did.

Awesome condo!

I chose this condo because it was recently remodeled, and it did NOT disappoint! They put a lot of attention into the remodel, and it's perfect. It also was extremely comfortable with all the amenities as advertised. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed Bay View Grand and the grounds. The property is very well taken care of, and the security was excellent. We felt very safe in BVG and also in town. It was very easy to communicate with Jori, and I highly recommend staying here, you will have a wonderful time and it is top notch.

Mexican Beauty

This is truly a luxury condo right on the beach in Ixtapa. It is spacious and has a view to die for. The condo supplied everything we needed for a one week stay. Beds and furniture were comfortable, everyone could stretch out. The personnel at Bay View Grande were so nice and accommodating to anything we asked of them. They contributed to a great part of our enjoyment . The delightful pools and beach area was everything you could ask for. You will not be sorry you booked at this beautiful and well decorated condo. We will be back!!!

Amazing views, beautiful condo, and comfy beds

This condo was recently remodeled and Jori did a wonderful job! The view from this condo is breathtaking. There is plenty of space for the entire family to cook, watch TV, play games, or sit outside soaking up the sun all at the same time! Beds are super comfortable which is sometimes hard to find in a Mexican hotel. I enjoyed sleeping in the master to the sound of the waves crashing. If you like cooking on vacation like I do, you will enjoy the fully stocked kitched all while taking in the views. Great place!

Beautifully condo with great ocean view

We have come to BVG For the past 9 years and this unit is by far the nicest and most comfortable that we have found. We spent a lot of time on the patios very comfortable furniture just enjoying the view. The owners have clearly put a lot of thought into the extensive recent renovations and new furnishings.

Beautiful Property, just as described

This was a great vacation. We LOVED the condo and spent a lot of time on the in Norma’s Terrace. It was equipped with absolutely everything in more. Jori was incredibly helpful. The beds were super comfortable, and there were lots of extra things like pillows, sheets, and blankets. We had not been to Ixtapa before, and were a little worried about the government warnings. Turns out there was nothing to worry about. The area felt very safe, lots of families and local owned businesses. The staff at BVG were very accommodating, the security was exceptional and the property is very well-maintained. Thanks Jori for a wonderful trip!

Great vacation, treated like a VIP

Ixtapa is wonderful and the condo is perfect, the view is spectacular, and the condo is enormous. We visited another condo from some other people renting here, and wow--what a difference! 601N has everything we could need. The big HD TV's, the artwork, the pillow top mattresses. It's really a beautiful place. The entire complex is beautiful, and we have felt very safe and taken care of. Security is respectful, and we are going to book for next year asap.

Best condo in Ixtapa, greatest vacation ever!

We had SUCH a wonderful time, the Curry's renovated this condo the max! Everything is brand new, and we couldn't have been more comfortable. The washer/dryer are the same LG front loaders we have at home, and the beds couldn't have been more comfortable. If you like to cook, they have everything here for you. The 75" Smart TV in the living room is fantastic, and we really enjoyed sitting outside on the sectional listening to the ocean. I really can't recommend this condo enough, it's huge, and they have thought of everything–it's an amazing renovation. The property is beautiful, the staff are great, and we will absolutely be back.

This property is incredible with AMAZING views!

The owners thought of every detail in this finely appointed condo! We thoroughly enoyed our family vacation here and everything was perfecto from the fabulous pool with beach access to friendly staff who were most helpful with recommendations for local restaurants and shopping. Beautiful Luxury Condo

We have been coming to Ixtapa since 2001 and have stayed at a number of different condo's in the Bay View Grand. This was our first stay in 601 North and Jori's condo is one of the most luxurious and comfortable condo's we have came across. Jori has spared no expense, this condo is very well stocked with everything you could need on your vacation. Everything in the unit is brand new since the unit has undergone a complete renovation. It has a very comfortable feel to it. The Master bed is very plush and comfortable with a new posturepedic mattress. The Master bedroom is very spacious and the master bath has a large open shower. Every room in the condo has a big screen Smart TV. The living room/kitchen has modern appliances and is designed with a very open atmosphere, great for entertaining. There is also a wet bar and wine refrigerator. The view from the 6th floor is spectacular. You can enjoy the amazing sunsets while relaxing with a glass of wine, sitting on the sectional settee. We enjoy the Bay View Grand's central location. Its a short walk to dozens of nearby restaurants and shops. The restaurant at the Bay View Grand is excellent and the food prices are amazingly inexpensive. The staff is exceptional and very attentive to your needs. The pool area and the beach are second to none!! . There are plenty of activities on the beach and at the pool, including swimming, parasailing, sport fishing, surfing/boogie boarding, snorkeling... just to name a few. We would highly recommend 601 North and the Bay View Grand for your vacation destination.

I have been an owner at BVG since 2006. I first owned a 2 bedroom on the 3rd floor at BVG for 10 years before buying this larger unit. I treat my condo as our home, and ensure every detail to ensure you are comfortable and want for nothing.

Why they chose this property

Our building is the jewel of Ixtapa. Unlike Amara or BVG Marina, we are located directly across the street from the main Ixtapa shopping and restaurant areas. Our security is the best in the entire area. No one is allowed on the property without proper documents, and our team is tireless in creating a wonderful oasis.

When I purchased this condo in 2017, I did a $90,000 USD renovation. It is the best appointed condo in Ixtapa by far.
