Perfect house in a perfect location

Absolutely outstanding property with great facilities near by. The addition of a very helpful concierge who helped us book and organize all our needs just took the pressure off the holiday - which made us feel relaxed from the outset. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend the property wholeheartedly.

Fantastic house, great location. The house is much bigger than it seems from the photos, and has everything you could need. It's a 5-10 minute walk into the centre of La Flotte. The manager, Laetitia, is lovely & very helpful. We didn't want to leave. Thanks!

Wonderful stay in La Flotte

We had a wonderful 6 night stay in La Flotte with our extended family. We were 4 older adults and 4 older teens / early 20s. We took advantage of the open air market and restaurants in La Flotte. We rented bicycles and explored other parts of the island almost every day. The house was perfect for us with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen had more than enough tableware and cooking utensils. The large dining room table meant we could all sit together for our meals. Our host was very accommodating and answered the few questions we had. While some of our family are native French speakers, I would feel comfortable staying in La Flotte at this house even with limited French language ability. I highly recommend staying here. It was perfect.

Perfect House and Location!

We had two families (4 adults and 5 kids) and had an absolutely amazing stay. Great location but, more importantly, a very clean and functional house for a large group. Expertly maintained and managed. Cannot recommend it highly enough!
