A very comfortable house in a great location

We had a lovely week in St Martin. The house is very comfortable with plenty of space for our extended family of 12. The location is perfect for walking into town. We were staying during the heatwave that was all over Europe last week, and if these very hot spells become the norm then it would be good to have fans in the bedrooms as we melted. We would definitely return.

Great villa for group of friends in fab location

The house and garden proved an amazing location for our group of friends and our children (ranging from 2.5 yrs to 6 months) The house was really well equipped and the garden and pool were so great - and in a perfect spot close to town

Beautiful property and really special place to stay and spend time with loved ones. Delphine was helpful and kind with our questions and information. Perfect location and size for families to catch up. Thank you very much for letting us into your lovely slice of France.

Ideal for Extended Family Holiday

The villa is spacious, well equipped and in a brilliant location. The pool and outside areas were lovely. Communications with the owner before our arrival were very good. There were some issues with cleaning/maintenance/damage on arrival. Some of these were dealt with by the Manager, others not. We had a fantastic holiday and didn't let things that could have been better spoil it.

Stunning property in a perfect location slightly let down by its management .

14 of our family were here in August 2024. The property is exactly as described and suited us very well. The only issues we had were: The room with 4 bunk beds is tiny and windowless (skylight only) and has no space for any other furniture. It is therefore hot There were no instructions at all - so we floundered about controls for equipment and recycling regulations. There were no fans provided - rooms were therefore hot at night. The kitchen was well equipped but it’s a bit disappointing when a very expensive property is equipped with cheap knives and old towels. Communication was not as good as it could have been. So we would thoroughly recommend this property to others but encourage the owners to deal with the above issues.

Situation proche du centre, tout en restant intimiste et calme. De grands espaces très appréciés pour un séjour parfait en famille, tout en laissant à chacun son intimité. An Oasis of Calm

We enjoyed a week’s stay in August 2022 in this beautiful house. As a multi-generational family group of 14 people, we appreciated the space and privacy for everyone with 7 bedrooms - all with their own bathrooms. The location- just a few minutes walk from the town centre was ideal.. The pool was perfect for children and adults alike and the garden and outdoor space was a real oasis of calm. The house had everything we needed for a truly enjoyable holiday on Ile De Re.

A beautiful and central house

We absolutely adored the house and its’ location. We were three generations - from age of 8 to age 80. And the house catered for us all. We highly recommend the house, and we hope to be able to come back.
