This 2bedroom flat is located on the 4th floor (with elevator) in centre of Sitia city. Fully equipped with all necessary facilities this flat is perfect for family or fiends holidays all year-round.

In the main space you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a dinning table for up to 4, the sitting area with a very comfortable sofa and the satellite TV. The master bedroom has a double bed and the 2nd bedroom 2 single beds. All rooms have Air-condition and wardrobes for our guests' use. There is also a spacious bathroom with shower and the washing machine.
From the living room you have access to a big furnished terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee or dinner.

I had a very good time. I fully agree with the review of 'Cheryl A., Edmonton' and dont want to repeate it all. Despoina is a wonderfull Host. She was always available and very quick acting if there was any Problem.

A lovely, large and well equipped apartment. The outside space is huge and we were able to enjoy breakfast outside, even in April. The cooking facilities were good with a well equipped kitchen. Washing machine is a bonus, though perhaps a slimmer model (elsewhere we had a roo loader which took up less space) would give more space by the toilet. Only thing to be aware of is that there is some traffic noise - and a very happy dog somewhere near by. Sitia was a delight - lots of bars and restaurants and a lot cheaper than places such as Agios Nikolaos. The archaeological Museum is worth a visit and the views from the castle are good. The harbour side walk is lovely and lively. We managed on most days to park outside or within 20 metres of the apartment but there is a very large free public carpark within walking distance. Despoina was a great host.

Beautiful property, great location

Pros Great location - beach 10 minutes walking, several grocery stores including bakeries and butcher 2-3 minutes away walking. Close to all restaurants and the promenade Despoina is a fabulous host and responds quickly if there is a concern Large apartment with comfortable beds and sofa Very large veranda for sunrise/sunset viewing Washing machine with clothesline on 1 side and drying rack on the other A/C and heater in every room Screens on all windows and door with a great cross breeze so A/C doesn’t need to be on as much Hot water was plentiful Absolute best wifi we have found in Crete Cons: Washing machine awkward to access Toilet space cramped beside washer Traffic noise makes it difficult to sit on veranda as it’s located on the main road into Sitia but does get quiet about 11 PM We are used to grilling in our rentals but a grill was not allowed at this rental Light water pressure I would like to give this property 5 stars but the noise outside stops me from that

Perfect Location

This apartment exceeded our expectations. Not only was it exactly as described and as the pictures showed, it was better in real life. Very spacious lounge area with comfy seating. The kitchen has plenty of equipment and a large Fridge/freezer. Super bathroom with a washing machine, and all the powder/conditioner needed to enable us to wash most of our clothes before we left. The views from the massive balconies was stunning. Being riggt in the town centre you can walk to loads of cafes & tavernas very easily. Right opposite is a bakery/cake shop that sells the most amazing ice cream. Our host, Despoinia was super efficient, explained everything we needed to know and was very ea sy to gef hold of w hen we had a question. Overall a very nice place to stay and we would not hesitate to stay again and we are very happy to recommend this apartment.

Wir waren im Juni für 18 Tage dort. Alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Eine sehr nette Vermieterin und und bei Problemen sofort zur Stelle. Die Wohnung ist total schön und sehr gut aufgeteilt. Die Küche ist mit allen möglichen Kochutensilien ausgestattet. Wir haben dort oft selber gekocht. Alles da was man braucht. Auch sind genügend Putzmittel vorhanden falls man mal sauber machen möchte. Ansonsten kommt auch eine sehr nette Putzfrau vorbei die hervorragende Arbeit leistet. In allen Räumen gibt es Fliegengitter, so hatten wir gar keine Probleme mit Mücken. Die Terrasse ist riesig . Die vordere Terrasse ist mit Blick aufs Meer und viele Pflanzen die dort stehen. Das macht es sehr gemütlich. Die hintere Terrasse zeigt auf die Stadt. Manchmal haben wir auch dort gesessen und auf Sitia geschaut. Auch das Bad ist hervorragend und sogar mit einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Sehr gut um zwischendurch mal wieder saubere Sachen zu haben. Wi waren mehr als zufrieden und es hat unsere Erwartung übertroffen. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Frank und Soheyla kommen gerne wieder

Wir waren das erste Mal in Sitia, und waren mit dieser unterkunft höchst zufrieden. Alles war genauso wie beschrieben, und Terrasse ist rießig mit meerblick. Die eigentümerin hat sich um unser wohlbefinden sehr bemüht, und auch eine jause hinterlassen. Es git viele einkaufsmöglichkeiten, und der Strand ist in paar minuten zu fuß erreichbar. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Emplacement idéal

L'appartement est très bien placé pour profiter de la ville. Nous pouvons aller à pied sur le port et dans le centre ville. Il y a également plein de petits commerces au pied de l'appartement très pratiques et deux super marchés accessibles également à pied.La ville est dynamique et c'est vrai que sur la terrasse on entend du bruit mais on s'habitue, c'est vivant.Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour !

Very Easy to access. Free public parking just few metres away from the flat.
Our guests have access to all facilities inside and outside the house and there are NO shared areas.

What makes this property unique

- The property is 6 km away from Sitia's airport and 124 km from Heraklion's airport.
- Hiring a car is not necessary but recommended if you would like to explore the East part of Crete. Free public parking in the area.
- A bus stop can be found just few metres away from the flat, with regular bus service to/from Heraklion, Ierapetra and Sitia run during the day.
