Perfect Getaway/Resort Living

This is a short-term rental only (3-month minimum stay, between the months of April and December). Resort like complex with great amenities and in a perfect location, just a 15 minute walk to the beach. Close proximity to food and entertainment. 15 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport and 35 minutes to Miami. Complex includes outdoor pool, jacuzzi, bbq grill, access to washer/dryer and guest parking. The unit is a 2-bedroom and 2-bath condo, recently renovated and fully furnished that accommodates 4-5 people.

Great stay

We were for 3 months, Beautiful cozy apartment, in a good condo, near the beach, good neighborhood, good space, nice forniture, adecuate appliances, excellent managemet, the owner was always ready for all, we had a few little issues that was quickly and properly solve. Great experience at the stay.

I love vacationing in Fort Lauderdale, it is a great escape from the daily grind. I purchased this property in 2014 and have been using it to it's full potential. It has been a great investment, centrally located with great amenities. You will greatly enjoy your stay.
