Welcome to your perfect vacation retreat—just steps from both the sparkling sands of Pompano Beach (only ½ block east) and the tranquil waters of the Intracoastal Waterway (½ block west). Nestled in a charming 22-unit property, our cozy and well-maintained 1-bedroom, 1-bath units offer everything you need for a relaxing Florida escape.

Located on the second floor of a two-story building, each unit overlooks a beautifully heated pool and features tile flooring throughout. The spacious living room includes a comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa, a ceiling fan, and a 43″ flat screen TV with over 150 Direct TV channels—perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun.

The inviting master bedroom includes a plush king-size bed, dressers, a ceiling fan, a walk-in closet, and a 26″ flat screen TV. Both the bedroom and living room are equipped with wall-unit A/Cs for your comfort.

Each unit features a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, espresso machine, and all the cookware and utensils you’ll need. Enjoy meals in a separate dining area—or in Unit 207, an additional cozy dining nook.

Beautiful Pompano Stay

Awesome place to stay. Quiet area within walking place to the beach and a fantastic tiki bar. Hope to return in the future! We had an excellent time and the owner was so very nice and courteous during our stay. Highly highly recommend.

Great location

The condo was sparkling clean, neatly organized, and very comfortable. It was just a short walk to the beach access and a short drive to restaurants and shops. The outdoor area near the pool with tables and chairs was especially nice in the evenings.

Fantastic stay

Frank's place was amazing. The entire process from the time we booked until checkout was great. All our questions were answered and the place was so clean and really close to the beach. The place also is well equipped with everything you need including beach umbrellas,chairs and beach toys for our kids. We really enjoyed our stay and will be looking to book again in the future.

Was a very clean place. Owner was very nice an accommodating an even came to meet his tenants in person upon arrival, which was nice to put a face to a name. Only thing that could have been better was the extra pull out bed was broken an was very uncomfortable to sleep on

Our 4th time - we'll be back

This was our 4th stay at one of Frank's Mid Mari condos and everything was as expected. There were a few upgrades from last year - new BBQ's, HD on the TV's and the internet was upgraded and stable. The condo was clean and well stocked as usual and Frank and others from the Mid Mari association were busy around the grounds cleaning or painting here and there. They keep the area well taken care of. As usual, no issues with the general area of NE 13th street. Safe to walk at night , close to the beach. Publix and several restaurants nearby and the Pompano Pier should be re-opened early 2019. If you're happy on the beach, you dont need a car to stay here. There's 2 golf courses nearby also. Once again we were happy with our stay and with the solid communication from Frank. We've ever had any issues at any of his condos but I'm sure he'd be quick to respond if there were any problems. Thanks again for a great stay Frank. We'll be back in 2019 for year 5.

Bellissima, indimenticabile.Abbiamo trascorso dieci giorni meravigliosi. L’appartamento e la cucina sono super attrezzati. Abbiamo utilizzato anche la lavanderia, molto comoda per una vacanza lunga. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa. I bimbi hanno trascorso molto tempo in piscina .

was such a cute spot, very clean and comfortable, a block and a half from a beautiful beach! had many extra amenities that made our stay all the better like boogie boards and beach chairs!

Great location near the beach

Very nice cozy spot. Pullout in living room. Nice king size bed in the bedroom. It's a nice open layout for family but not suitable for young children. Alot of glass fixtures around the apartment. Plenty of pots but no pans for the oven. Frank provided beach chairs, towels and many more for your stay. It was very convenient. Overall stay was very nice! No major complaints. Will definitely recommend! Thx Frank

Great location!!

We loved our stay in Pompano Beach. The apartment was in a great location. You could walk to the beach in 5 minutes. Unfortunately there was a lot of algae up and down the coast when we were there. The owner went above and beyond when we left our keys in the apartment. Just the right size for our family of three.

The best feature is the location - walk to the ocean or the Intracoastal. Small cozy condo units - 22 total in 2 floors - heated pool - picnic area with gas grills. Definitely Florida.

Why they chose this property

Perfect location in Pompano Beach!
This is a wonderful spot. This is the second time we have stayed in Frank's unit. Frank is a terrific and responsive host. He lives close by and is often around the condominium grounds as he assists with the management of the Association. The place is outfitted with just about anything you could need to enjoy your stay. There are beach chairs, towels, cookware and utensils, (both for the kitchen and the grill) together with all the appliances you need (blender, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker, etc). We were in the pool almost every day. It is clean and the water is warm. Last year a group of us watched two rocket launches in one evening while in the pool! I love the location at the quiet end of Pompano. The beach is about 1/2 block away and it is almost never busy. We often walked down the beach to the pier and to the nearby restaurants to enjoy the happy hours! You can also walk or drive down to the Sands Resort for a great happy hour overlooking the Intercoastal. Everything is close by. About a block away there is a water taxi stop. You can go north or south-lots of attractions to see and restaurants to visit in both directions. There is also a library about a 1/2 mile away. The 14th St causeway from A1A up to US 1 is also 1 block north of this great location. There are at least 5 major supermarkets and multiple Walmart Stores within a few miles. There is a large park with pickle ball, tennis courts, picnic areas etc. There is also a golf course nearby as well. Lauderdale-by-the-Sea and Fort Lauderdale are both short drives south. If you haven't been to Pompano Beach before, I recommend doing a little homework online to be sure not to miss music events or other happenings that may be occurring at the beginning of your stay. Mid Mari is a welcoming place. Most of the visitors come back year after year, and many of us have become good friends. You will enjoy your stay in Pompano if you stay with Frank at Mid Mari!
