Located on the third floor of a residential complex equipped with a lift, it consists of: large living room with sea view, kitchen with kitchenette, service balcony, double bedroom with sea view, bedroom with two single beds, baby bed (on request) and bathroom with shower. .

Receptive for four guests, it is equipped with independent heating system, air conditioning system and WiFi Internet connection

The structure is fully furnished with refinement and elegance and is equipped with every necessary equipment for a pleasant holiday.

We rent in every period of the year


The rates are excluded:
1) Final cleaning € 50.00 (mandatory)
2) Personal linen service (sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath towels) for € 15.00 per week per person
3) Consumption of electricity (0.80 / kw) and methane gas (1.00 / mc)

The proximity to the sea...we are only 20 metres away from the beach.
Do I want to walk on the beach at dawn? In a moment I am there...Do I want to enjoy a breath-taking sunset? I am there.
Do I fancy having lunch or dinner at my favourite restaurant? A few steps and I am there.
Everything you need is in the vicinity...all within easy reach.
The house is extremely comfortable and highly enjoyable.
