Fully stocked kitchen (cookware, bakeware, glassware, utensils etc.) Open-floor plan. Ceiling fans in all the rooms. Kitchenette/dining area and bar seating. Two bedrooms; two queen-size beds; pullout queen sleep sofa; Two full bathrooms. Flat-screen televisions with cable, blu-ray and high-speed Internet access. New full-size washer & dryer. Bed linens, sheets, pillows, bath towels and kitchen towels PROVIDED. Private patio with high-top seating table and private 25'x50' deck with picnic tables perfect for relaxing, entertaining or just people watching. A few steps down from your elevated deck and you're onto the Boardwalk and steps from the beach/ocean. Conveniently located to many attractions, concert venues, shops, restaurants, and bars/nightlife. Boardwalk, Uber/ Lyft and buses are easily accessible. Elevator. Fantastic Property and Owners

We had a fantastic vacation staying in this property that is right on the boardwalk. The condo was super clean and very modern with everything you could need. The internet was fast and worked great, the parking was easy and secure. Even though the condo is literally right on the board walk it wasn't noisy and it was easy to get a great nights rest. We met with the owners Bill and Denise and they were super friendly and explained to how to operate everything in the house. We will definitely use them again for our next visit to Ocean City!

This property was very clean and fresh with up to date furnishing and appliances. It had all of the amenities needed for our family. The beds were comfortable, and everything was so clean and well maintained. We have been coming to Ocean City for years, but we have always stayed up on higher streets to have more privacy. The children are a little older now, and we decided to stay on the boards this year. We are so glad we stayed here. The deck was huge for the kids to have room and great for people watching. The location was perfect. The view was stunning. The owners were very lovely and accommodating. Truly wonderful people, and we are so happy to have had the opportunity to meet them, and look forward to vacationing here for years to come. Everything about this property was just perfect.

Our family has stayed with Denise for the past 2 years. Denise's impeccable taste for decorating will instantly delight you. The biggest treat for me was the gorgeous kitchen complete with high end appliances and everything anyone could possible want stocked in the kitchen. The washer and dryer are also state of the art. We felt instantly at home in this beautiful apartment right on the boardwalk overlooking the ocean. The owner Denise has the apartment next door and has extremely strict standards as to who she will rent too. Finally, Denise herself is one of the sweetest persons I have ever met, a genuinely good person. We feel like she is part of our family now.

As another reviewer mentioned we rented the condo prior to the sale and upgrades. I was a little apprehensive about booking this year due to the price increase in the rental, however that was all dispelled when I was greeted by Bill and Denise's smiling faces at check in. They were very accommodating and willing to assist in anything they felt they missed. They made our vacation fantastic and memorable! The reality is you get what you pay for and this condo is definitely worth the price. To begin the location is perfect. It is close to everything you need! We did not get in our car once during our stay because of having the luxury of walking everywhere. The other benefit of being in close proximity of most attractions is if you have teens you are able to give them some freedom of walking the boards by themselves while you can hang over the railing and see them for quite a distance. The condo being on boardwalk level is very beneficial, as you never have to have anyone leave your eyesight walking to the condo from the beach. The open communal patio area was a focus as the children and adults alike hung out there. The volleyball courts directly across the boards were a focus point for my children as they were able to play and still be monitored by adults. I have been to many 5 star resorts and this experience felt very similar. We were provided with luxury bath towels, bed sheets, and beach towels and if you have rented a condo before you are well aware that those items are space consuming when packing and time consuming to clean when you end your vacation. The condo was fully stocked with anything that you might need aside from paper products, laundry detergent, and dishwashing detergent. The renovations were well thought out. They upgraded the entire place leaving no place untouched. The décor was perfect as it provided a relaxing coastal feeling. The place was very clean. You can’t beat the two parking passes and oversized digital washer and dryer. To conclude it is apparent the owners take pride in their rental and accommodating their renters, as they were approachable throughout my stay. I am looking forward to making more memories at this wonderful home next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ocean City. The condo was just steps to food, shopping and fun. The view of/and proximity to the ocean was incredible. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. Denise was an attentive host. It was a truly memorable vacation for our family.

Perfect location, perfect condo!

We wanted a place on the boardwalk, close to everything with minimal steps - this condo was perfect. Just 8 steps from our balcony down to the boards. The place is spotless and Denise was very helpful in all aspects of this rental. There are many restaurants/shops/activities in walking distance if you don't want to drive anywhere during your stay. We definitely will stay here again!

Trip was great, Place is clean, large and with right amenities. Denise did a nice job of providing instructions, really appreciated that she waited outside for us to help us find the place and park. More than enough parking space, easy to get in and out. Key less entey, great not to carry keys around everytime you leave. Overall great trip and nice place to stay with family.

Last minute beach trip and honestly debated cheaper places..but I'm 100% believer yoy get what you pay for. This place does not disappoint. Exactly as described...from beds....to fully stocked kitchen w every utensil you'd ever need...to the amazing deck and views.... never a dull moment but relaxing at the same time. My one teenage girl is not much of a beach person...but is now! Thank you Denise for your information sent before and during the stay. Couldn't have asked for easier experience...now I just need to convince my hubby to return (maybe we will send him fly-fishing in Montana alone and a girls trip back to Ocean City) O...and did I say the place was so clean? No evidence of previous guests as we have experienced in cheaper places. Highly recommend to anyone!!!

Location, Location, Location!

Prior to our arrival Denise had sent me many helpful links to restaurants & coupons. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Denise. She handed us our two parking passes & the keys to the condo. The condo was beautifully decorated with beach decor & very clean. The condo has everything you could need and then some. The back deck was absolutely huge and allowed great people watching for the 1000’s that walk down the boardwalk. You are literally on the boardwalk and a mere 20’ or so from the beach sand. There was plenty of activity to watch from the street performers right from the deck. You couldn’t ask for a better location because everything is within a short walk from the condo. You will not even need your car for the entire week. We’re looking forward to staying here again next July. Denise & Bill are great hosts and I feel we became great friends within the short week we were there. You will not be disappointed with your stay here!!!

We enjoyed our vacation in this lovely condo, in this best location and dealing with these wonderful owners. (who by the way asked us more then once if everything was ok and did we need anything.) This place is clean, updated and well equipped. Having linens supplied is a major plus. Parking was a very easy in and out. I am so glad I found this rental and we already rebooked it for next year. Perfect seaside location

Took our elderly parents here and had 3 wonderful days in this spotless and fabulously styled newly updated unit. Picked it for the location alone and were so thrilled the unit was one of the best we had ever rented. Perfectly situated right off the beach and boardwalk. Our parents loved being able to people, boat, and dolphin watch all from the easily accessible deck. Denise was a delight and went out of her way to make our stay effortless.

Perfect location with an updated and inviting interior!

We truely enjoyed the time that we spent in Ocean City. We were in town attending Ocean City Bike Fest and had stayed at hotels in the past, this was only our second time renting a condo and we are so glad we did. The property is perfectly located only a few blocks from the Inlet and directly on the Boardwalk. The large deck that over looked the Boardwalk was the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or people watch in the evening. The property had a very welcoming feel, modern apppliances and plenty of room for four adults. It was surprisingly quiet inside the condo at night, given the amount of noise outside. The property owners were easy to contact and talk to and made sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation! I look forward to returning next year!!

Beautiful condo, great location !!

I have stayed in this condo many times before, but since ownership changed to Denise and Bill, its so much better. It’s been completely renovated and is so clean and beautiful. They have stocked it with everything you could possibly need, even beach towels.. The owners greet you at the condo when you arrive and are delightful people. Wish I could give them 10 stars !! We didn’t want to leave !!

We had a short 3 day beach vacation and were so happy we picked this condo. Being right on the boardwalk and beach gave us the opportunity to do everything we wanted to do. The condo is beautiful and so comfortable. We plan to stay here on our next Ocean City getaway.

Fantastic vacation and we miss it already!

We had a fun-filled vacation with our young kiddos. The condo was very clean, modern, and had every amenity that we needed. Denise even provided beach towels which was such a nice touch. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to make a few nice meals for the family. The condo is also perfectly situated close to everything and only a short walk to the rides and all the hustle and bustle. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, enjoying meals outdoors, watching the fireworks at night, and letting the kids run around without the fear of them running onto the boardwalk. The elevated deck and gates added a great sense of security without taking away our view of the beautiful beach! Also, Denise was very helpful, retuning texts and emails within 24 hrs, sending us coupons for local restaurants, allowing us an early check-in, and making sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely rent this condo again and we look forward to coming back next summer.

The best spot in Ocean City, MD!

I cannot say enough to give proper credence to how wonderful my stay here was. If you desire a beach front view and walking distance to all the boardwalk hotspots then look no further. The unit was pristine and came with all the amenities a family could need for their vacation. I have been to Ocean City, MD in the past and have always loved the area but my stay here this time around goes above and beyond past experiences in any hotel or rental I have booked in the past. I should also mention that the individuals you rent from here are easily accessible and truly care how your stay will be and is going during the duration of the time spent here. Rest assured, my family has found our spot that we will come to in the future when we vacation in Ocean City, MD!

Beautiful , meticulous , perfect for families !!!!

On the drive in I said to my husband " I'm hoping this place is NOT all I'm hoping it to be ! " he said why ??? Because the ride was testy and I hate bridges !!! Denise was reassuring I would make it over that bridge ...I did ....and when we arrived Denise and Bill were there to greet us . When she walked us through I actually teared up ....sometimes people can get disappointed from what they see on rental sites .....their condo was absolutely everything I hoped it would be ....so much so we booked for next year as soon as we got home ....Denise and Bill are amazing and you can tell they want your stay to be the best it can be ! I can't say enough about how much we loved it there . Thank you both for being who you are ! Awesome and truly caring about your renters ! If I could give you guys more than 5 stars I would ! 🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠 there !
