My place is close to the boardwalk, the beach, and the ocean. You’ll love my place because of its proximity to heart of everything - we`re only 150 feet from the boardwalk, but it`s far enough from downtown to be calm and quiet at night.

This is a private 3 bedroom apartment on the first floor of a new beach house, just steps from the Ocean City Boardwalk! The apartment is on 12th Street, so it`s close to all of the action, but also far enough from 1st street to have a laid back, peaceful vibe.

You`ll have access to the entire private apartment, plus a private porch.

We`ll coordinate to get you access to the apartment - you will have your own private stay. It`s a lot like a really nice hotel suite.

This is beach-side downtown Ocean City. Such a great, fun, family-friendly area.

We have two parking spaces dedicated to the apartment, plus there is free street parking nearby.

Sorry, no high school seniors. Non- family group tenants must be 30 years or older

There is a 7 bedroom, 2 story apartment on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the house (also available for rent if you need more space!)
