Newly renovated apartment on the second floor of a newly renovated a few steps from the port. The building has a doorman of trust and parking in the garage. It consists of 1 living room with 2 sofa beds (2 places) with dining area, fully equipped kitchen (new) fully equipped (fridge, electric oven, microwave oven, extractor hood with external discharge, various tools), bedroom double bed with a large wardrobe, bathroom (new), two balconies placed at the 2 rooms. French windows and exposure create ideal air movement that makes pleasant even the hottest summer nights.
