2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment. Beautiful fully renovated apartment situated on the Calahonda hills. Bright and modern and furnished to an extremely high standard, lovely lounge/diner, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen and a sunny terrace with panoramic views of the surrounding area and out over the Mediterranean. The apartment has air conditioning / heating in both bedrooms and the lounge. Only a few minutes walk to local bar and restaurants and just a 10 minute drive to the beach and amenities, a perfect choice for all. Please note there are 2 flights of stairs to the front door of this apartment, plus a slope and more stairs to get to the pools. The apartment is the ground floor apartment but is elevated so you cannot access the garden / pool from the terrace.

The property offers WIFI and internet enabled European television channels.

The pool is open all year around from 09:00-21:00.

As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metres are estimates.

There are no pets allowed in this property.

There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata. A housekeeping surcharge will apply to all bookings. Please check our Suncoaster Holidays Terms and Conditions page on our website for dates and prices.

Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels).
A €40 booking fee is payable on each booking.

Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of €15 for a 1 bedroom property, €30 for a 2 bedroom property and €45 for a 3 bedroom property.

Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details. For these discounted bookings, electricity usage is charged on top. The electricity payment will be charged per day and is payable in advance along with your balance.

Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.

From start to finish the process was great, the apartment was very modern inside, good pools for the kids, a great view over Calahonda and extremely clean. Just to provide a security check on all doors and windows.

El apartamento estaba muy bien sobre todo de limpieza y equipamiento. Tienes de todo lo que puedas necesitar. Dos piscinas geniales. Menos mal que estaban allí para refrescarnos. La única pega es su ubicación. Está lejos de la playa. Para ir tienes que cojer el coche si o si. Lo de ir andando nos lo planteamos pero vimos que la ida no estaba mal, aunque lejos, es cuesta abajo, pero la vuelta imposible. Todo cuesta arriba. La atención de la agencia, genial. Nos surgió un problemilla y lo solucionaron enseguida. Para comer fuera de casa te tienes que trasladar a Fuengirola o Marbella. El entorno del apartamento es caro.

Avis sur un séjour de plus que 4 semaines de location octobre
Après une arrivée de nuit , bonne réception des clefs dans le coffre de nuit extérieur de l'agence et bien trouvé l'adresse indiquée. Donc, coté agence bonne correspondance et communication mail et en plusieurs langues. L'appartement a été remis à neuf complètement et propose un séjour agréable. Points faibles : peu de vaisselle ( même pas un saladier) trop stricte pour cuisiner convenablement. Il n'y a donc pas de lave vaisselle, puisque qu'avec 4 assiettes et quelques tasses cela n'a pas de sens. Super frigo avec 3 tiroirs à congélation, plaque de cuisson normale, four, micro onde et propose un grill pain chauffe eau et cafetière. Il y a un heureusement un convecteur portable électrique de 2000 w car le chauffage ni la clim ne fonctionnait pas pendant tout mon séjour ( plus de freon). Les salles de bains ne sont pas chauffées. Télé raccordée par cable ( internet ou fibre optique) avec décodeur mais d'une lenteur exaspérante et aussi des black out quelque fois en changeant de chaînes ! ( plus d'image) Je trouve dommage qu'ici l'électricité est en plus, et même un petit essuie de bain est facturé si vous le demandez! Isolation acoustique, comme presque partout en Espagne, on entent tousser et des bruits de toilettes et de robinetterie chez les voisins. Nous sommes en hauteur, donc de la terrasse vue splendide sur mer, voiture obligatoire et restos et supermarchés à quelques minutes dans le bas. Malgré ces petits défauts ( bruits et panne) je le recommande si vous aimez bien une vue ouverte de votre terrasse.
