Surf Song Condominiums at 1800 Ocean Ave. in North Wildwood NJ. This unit Sleeps 8. New floors and granite counters in unit for 2021. Brand new bathrooms for 2024.

This is a fantastic location at the start of the "World Famous North Wildwood Boardwalk and feet from the beautiful North Wildwood Beaches.
It doesn't get any better than this location. This fantastic property features TWO outside heated swimming pools, jacuzzi and several BBQ''S.
2 elevators, coin operated washers and dryers on premises, a storage unit for all of your beach equipment and one off-street parking spot.
Enjoy unobstructed ocean views from the large 5th floor deck. You can see the entire city from here, just beautiful!
You can sun during the day, relax in the evening lounging on the many lounge chairs or enjoying a nice dinner at the tables with a beautiful view.
Not to mention the fantastic pool areas with lounge chairs and tables.
This condo is privately owned by myself and rented out as a weekly condo. 7 Day Rentals in high season only.
We do rent 3 night minimum for special events in the off season.

THERE IS NO DAILY MAID SERVICE WITH THIS UNIT. It's cleaned on a weekly basis for each new weekly rental.

You will deal directly with me in every aspect of renting this condo.
I own 3 other condos in North Wildwood and work very closely with all renters to ensure a fantastic family vacation.

Unit includes 3 flat screen TV'S. 1st Bedroom has 2 full beds with brand new bedding, brand new flat screen TV. 2nd Bedroom has Queen size bed, new bedding, on-suite bathroom and flat screen TV.

2nd full size bathroom with tub and shower. Living room, Queen size sleeper sofa, Flat screen TV and a beautiful custom made farm table for dining. Great size kitchen which is completely stocked with everything that you may need.

THIS UNIT HAS IT'S OWN FREE WIFI WITH EXCELLENT SERVICE. The unit is on the 4th floor, very close to the beach with nice ocean views. The stairs to the roof top deck are outside your unit.
I rent from Saturday-Saturday. FAMILIES ONLY

Must be over 25 to rent. Please feel free to contact me with any and all questions. **** RENTERS MUST SUPPLY THEIR OWN BED SHEETS, TOWELS AND BEACH TOWELS.
YOU WILL NEED SHEETS AND PILLOW CASES FOR TWO FULL SIZE BEDS, ONE QUEEN SIZE BED AND 1QUEEN SIZE SOFA BED. The unit has Central air and heat- available year round.

UNIT MUST BE LEFT IN A TIDY AS FOUND CONDITION. IF EXCESSIVE CLEANING IS NECESSARY, THERE WILL BE A $150.
DEDUCTION FROM YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT.

Several restaurants, ice cream parlors, miniature golf, water parks and bike rental available within walking distance.
Fire works every Friday on the Boardwalk at 10 PM.

Driving distance to Cape May and Atlantic City Casinos. Public Golf Courses available. Non-Smoking unit (Outdoor Only)

Prime Location

Our stay at the Surf Song was great. The location of the property is great for the access to the beach and the boardwalk. The unit itself had everything we needed and was clean and updated. We would recommend this unit for your North Wildwood stay.

We stayed here for our annual beach trip over the 4th of July. It couldn’t be better. The unit is beautiful, modern and has plenty of space. The ac unit works very well! Everyone around us was so kind and if you needed anything, maintenance was up within minutes. We felt so at home and safe with all the cameras on the property. Pools are incredible and it’s such a good location. We have found our new beach house year after year!

Great gem in north wildwood

We had a great stay! 1 block to beach and beginning of boardwalk which is great with kids. The kids also loved the 2 pools. We had a nice time sitting on the deck in the evening looking at the ocean view. The condo is modern and clean. It feels spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths (so important with 2 kids and 2 adults). The owners were kind and informative and checked in on us via text during our stay. Kids want to come back soon

Beautifully decorated and super clean!

Condo was beautiful and clean. Had no issues with our stay. Great location on beach/boardwalk block. 2 heated pools to choose from. Great sun deck to watch the fireworks from or just sit, relax and watch the ocean. Will definitely stay there again!

Beautiful Condo

The rental is in a great location just away from the crowds of Wildwood but close enough to walk to everything. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. Check-in was easy and the property owner was easily accessible. We also loved the pools and rooftop deck!

The unit we stayed in was very clean and decorated very nicely. It was great to have a dishwasher. Kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes, utensils, and pans. Close to the beach and boardwalk. The only problem is the VERY NOISY air conditioner in the 2nd bedroom. The noise was very disturbing for sleep.

Excellent vacation with exceptional accommodations. Home away from home!

We had an amazing week at the Surf Song! The condo was perfect for my family of 5 plus 2 in-laws. There was not one time that we felt we were cramped. The layout of the condo afforded us the privacy that we wanted and/or needed. It was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was wonderfully equipped. The owners of the condo were so responsive and accommodating. We had one small issue with the mini blinds falling off the door and the owner showed up the next day to replace them. They were so friendly and easy to deal with. No traditional check-in or check-out process made the vacation hassle free. If I had to find a flaw, my kids complained about the noise in the bedroom because every time the air conditioner kicked on, it was super loud. Unfortunately, the air conditioning unit was located in the bedroom where the kids slept. Considering that there is not much to be done about that, I wouldn't even call it a concern. We were certainly sad to leave and will defnitely look to book with these owners in the future!

Great condo! Very comfortable. Owner available by phone at all times. Beach block, boardwalk block, close to everything. You really don’t have to use a car unless you are traveling to Wildwood or Wildwood Crest or Rio Grande Ave. but then again you can take the Tram Car. Discounted tickets available at Moreys Pier. Acme in North Wildwood delivers groceries so you don’t have to spend two hours in a supermarket. Highly recommend it for your vacation!

Perfect Weather Week!

Beautiful stay at this Condo. Close to Boardwalk & Beach! Crystal clear pools available when not wanting to trek with beach stuff. Elevators were available but much easier to walk up the four flights of stairs. The Condo beautifully decorated with a beachy theme throughout. We had 4 adults & 2 children and felt cramped at times in the living area. Most everything was how we expected it with a few exceptions. Now, Me nick-picking some small stuff. The kitchen was missing some things that made it a little difficult to cook & serve meals. No large Bowls for salads, or a pitcher for my homemade Ice Tea, went and brought one and left it there. We needed a roasting pan or cookie sheet to carry our meats to cook at the grill and bring back. The main bathroom toilet handle kept getting stuck having to giggle it to stop running. Also the bathroom exhaust fan in the master bath did not work. I also wished that they were curtains in the bedrooms especially master because people could walk pass window and look in & the morning sunlight was very annonoying if your trying to sleep in a bit. All & all we had a nice stay but would probably choose to stay in the heart of wildwood in the future.

This place was charming and perfect for our family! The pool area was great and less than a 2 minute travel by foot to the beach! In great location for activities on the board walk! Will definitely be coming back in the future!

AMAZING!!

My husband and two boys stayed for the week and let me tell you, you will not find a nicer, top of the line condo for the money! Everything was brand new or like new and the decorating was phenomenal. 1/2 a block to the beach and boardwalk, this was the very best stay we have had by far in Wildwood! The entire process from paying to receiving the information all by email prior to us coming in was super easy and very informative! The pools were awesome and we really enjoyed the roof top view. We would definitely rent there again!
