We enjoyed our stay. We had a plumbing problem and it was taken care of right away. The only issue we had was with the chairs on the beach. The unit comes with 2 chairs and an umbrella. Make sure you check in at the hut to see which chairs you can use. I asked someone coming off the beach and was told I didn't need to check in. Well the next day when I went out and claimed chairs, the man at the hut comes up to us and asked us to move saying we were in someone elses chairs (the end of the row chairs). The next day I checked in and was told someone was in my assigned chairs (the other end of the row chairs) and I was asked to go to different chairs in the middle and was told he would look into it. He never approached the people. I didn't complain and I sat in the middle. But, the more I thought about it, it made me mad. Shouldn't the same rules apply to everyone?

Pros:The location was perfect—we loved how close it was to the beach and to Pineapple Willy’s. The included beach chairs were a great perk. We visited during spring break with our family, and the college crowd was not an issue at all. There was also a strong police presence at night, which made things feel safe. The beach and water were absolutely gorgeous during our stay.Cons:While the condo itself was nice, we did have several issues with cleanliness. There was a strong musty smell upon arrival. I ended up finding a humidifier in the closet and ran it in both bedrooms, emptying it daily. It did improve the smell after a few days, but the first couple of days were unpleasant. We also had to keep the doors open at times to air things out.The towels and linens were another concern. Many of the towels were stained and smelled musty, and the bed sheets were also stained, which made it uncomfortable to use them.The condo was stocked, but only minimally—be prepared to purchase essentials like toilet paper and trash bags.Lastly, the property was still under construction during our stay. We were told it would be wrapping up, but it was very much ongoing, which was disruptive. All four towers had to share one pool, adding to the inconvenience. Communication about the construction was limited—I only received updates when I reached out directly to Kim’s Condo.Overall:Great location and beautiful beach, but the cleanliness issues, lack of supplies, and ongoing construction

Thank you for your review, I typically have no issues with this particular cleaner so I will make sure to bring these items to her attention. However, we do only provide a start up supply of toilet paper and trash bags. Regarding the construction, during your stay they were completely finished with tower 1, which is where this unit is located. The heated pool between towers 1 and 2 was the only pool opened of the 3 pools on the property, it typically is not crowded at all when all pools are open. They have just currently opened the big lagoon pool so that has minimized some of the congestion. Tower 1 and 2 also are the only 2 towers with beach access directly from them currently, which also led to more traffic during your stay. The resort is expected to be completed with the renovation project sometime in mid April and will be absolutely beautiful!

The floor plan of this condo is what made us choose to stay here. Two large master bedrooms, each had beautiful views of the beach and access to the large balcony. This will be our go to place when visiting Panama City beach in the future!

Wish we could have stayed longer!

Condo was just as advertised with all our needs. Having the included chairs and umbrella saved us from having to tote too much to the beach. Beach was beautiful and not too overcrowded. Perfect location near Pineapple Willies. Gated and guarded entrance gave us a good sense of security for our family. 2nd floor unit was great too. Took the stairs quite often but never really had to wait for the elevator if needed.

Enjoyable family trip in PCB

We enjoyed our stay and especially loved the decor of this adorable condo. This condo had everything we needed for a great stay, including a kitchen stock with tons of great cooking tools. Not too far from shopping and attractions, giving us fun options on rainy days too.

Beautiful Condo and so clean!!

This condo was so gorgeous, it was so comfortable and so clean!! Perfect location being on the second floor, and a short beach walk to Pineapple Willy’s! Also loved that the pool was not directly under us, it made the ocean front balcony very peaceful. We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing Condo

Beautiful place with a beautiful view right on the water! Large windows across the back of the condo provide a great view and a big balcony to sit and enjoy coffee in the mornings! Highly recommend!

The condo was very nice and clean. The view of the ocean was perfect. There were 3 pools and the one in-between bldg 2 & 3 was great. Large with 2 islands and lots of waterfalls. Will stay there again next year.

Beautiful property and area

Perfect location. Very comfortable. Awesome decor. The remote in master only gets one channel and there was no ice. Also, we were unaware of the check out time - that should be written down somewhere. We planned to leave at 11 and the cleaning woman showed up and was quite rude. Had we known there was a 10am check out we would have checked out on time. We would recommend this condo. It was overall a great beach week in very nice accommodations. Response time was immediate which was great.

Absolutely loved our stay and didn’t want to leave. This unit was nicer than the other units I have stayed in at Long Beach resort. I feel very lucky I was able to rent this unit so close to our reservation dates. Hats off!!
