The Long Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida, will be undergoing exterior renovations starting on August 18, 2025 which are expected to be completed by April 2026. This project is a pre-planned renovation by the Home Owners’ Association and its management which includes repairs to balconies and building exteriors. Guests may experience disruptions, including noise associated with the renovation, limited access to some areas and pools, and temporary changes to entryways. Beach access is available at the Lagoon Pool for all towers and condo entry will remain available throughout the project. Rates have been reduced for the renovation period.

This condo is located at the Long Beach Resort in Tower 3 on the 8th floor. The unit number is 804. There are two beach chairs with umbrella included in the rental. Parking is located in front of the towers.

This condo has key-less entry. YOUR REQUESTED NUMBER OF CAR PASSES WILL BE IN THE CONDO ON THE DATE OF CHECK IN. YOU WILL RECEIVE EMAIL NOTIFICATION WITH YOUR DOOR CODE AND ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO YOUR STAY. The door code email is sent to the guest's personal email addressed provided when booking the condo. There are (8) pool bands in the condo.

The guest bedroom has two queen beds with adjacent full bath with large garden tub/shower combination, dual sinks, new cabinetry with granite countertops.

The condo has new plank tile flooring throughout. The living room has a sofa with sleeper sofa, love seat and accent chair. The dining area seats six with seating at the breakfast bar for 3. The kitchen has been fully remodeled with new appliances, granite counters and new cabinets. The linens and pillows for the sleeper sofa are located in the guest bedroom closet on the shelf.

There is a full sized washer and dryer in the utility room adjacent to the kitchen area behind the louvered door.

The Long Beach Resort has the most beach frontage on the beach in addition to a lagoon pool, two Polynesian pools and 3 hot tubs. Each tower has its own beach access. The resort is gated and there is full-time security.

There are charcoal grills located at the east end of Tower 1 and the west end of Tower 4.
This is a NON-SMOKING Condo, pets are NOT allowed, and renter MUST BE 25 years of age or older.
