Beautiful Offida

What a gorgeous property! We would highly recommend this lovely apartment with it's stunning terrace and wonderful owner. All the information given to us by Lucia made our stay perfect from check in to check out with lots of helpful tips on this fabulous part of Italy. We have fallen in love with Offida, such friendly and helpful people, fantastic food and wine! Perfetto!

A slice of heaven

The views look amazing online, but don’t do the terrace justice. Atop a lofty ancient town - on a beautiful and atmospheric street - beside a stunning piazza - with a Michelin Bib restaurant 30m from the door! Better still is being on the inside track - Lucia offered just the right amount of advice - I think I followed every suggestion and loved them all. It is a wonderful region and the national park is especially impressive. The apartment is small but very stylish - I spent one or two days not even venturing out - it was a pleasure to just enjoy the space.

Just Perfect

Though we had seen pictures posted on the internet for this lovely apartment, when Lucia brought us in, all we could say when seeing the view from the terrace, was WOW! Just stunning. Every day the view changed with the clouds; some days crystal clear with snowcapped mountains while other days rolling clouds. There is plenty of room in the flat to relax and spread out and my husband, a chef, fixed many a delicious meal in the kitchen. There are also numerous great places to eat, and the best gelato is about a minute from the flat. The apartment became our peaceful home in a very friendly city. You will love Offida and its people. Much to see in the town as well as numerous day trips can be taken. Lucia and Lucio made us totally feel at home. A gem of a place!

A perfect oasis

This studio is perfect for a short stay in the beautiful historic town of Offida. The balcony views are to die for. The studio is extremely clean and well equipped. The owner kindly supplies basic essentials such as tea, coffee, crisps, olive oil, salt and pepper. Beautiful bed linen on an extremely comfortable king size bed. Lovely pictures adorn the walls. There are 4 flights of steps to reach this top floor studio and no lift. However, my husband is nearly 80 and he managed them. Lucia and her husband were hero’s on the day we arrived. A festival was in progress and usual car parks closed. So they met us in Grottammare and guided us to a place we could park. Not only that they walked us to the studio and helped our friends find the apartment they were staying in. Such a lovely helpful couple. Can’t recommend this studio enough. Thanks Lucia. See you again

Schöne kleine Wohnung mitten in der Stadt mit wunderbarem Ausblick

Die kleine Wohnung mitten in Offida war sehr schön, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war alles so, wie es auf den Bildern dargestellt war und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Highlight war natürlich die Terrasse mit dem wundervollen Ausblick über die Altstadt und die Berge. Gleich um die Ecke, in der Osteria Offida konnte man hervorragend essen. Die Kommunikation mit Lucia und Sara hat immer reibungslos geklappt. Sehr nett war auch das kleine Willkommensgeschenk, ein vino spumante der Region von Lucia. Grazie di tutto, Lucia e Sara

Eine wunderschön und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Die Sicht über den Dächern von Offida ist einzigartig. Unserer Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Traumhafter Urlaub in traumhafter Lage

Wir hatten zehn wunderschöne Tage mit traumhaften Ausblick von der einzigartigen Dachterrasse über die Dächer der historischen Altstadt auf das hügelige Umland der Weinbauregion. Die geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung ist kompakt, bietet aber alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Herzlichen Dank an Lucia für die unkomplizierte und aufmerksame Kommunikation. Über den Dächern von Offida

Offida und die kleine Wohnung über den Dächern von Offida sind wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Die Terrasse mit dem Blick über die Dächer und die Hügellandschaft rund um Offida ist ein echtes Higlight. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin ist sehr unkompliziert. Über den Dächern von Offida

Man kann sich den vorherigen Bewertungen nur anschließen: Wunderschöne Wohnung, klein aber fein, für zwei Leute ist genug Platz. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Das Highlight ist natürlich die Dachterrasse mit einem spektakulären Blick über das hübsche Offida und in die Berge. Restaurants, Bars und Geschäfte gibt es in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Terrazza stupenda

Vista incredibile sui tetti di Offida e sulle colline tutto attorno. Appartamento molto carino. Alcuni appunti, che non sono per forza difetti, ma di cui tener conto: ci sono 4 rampe di scale, senza ascensore. Il bagno è carino ma piccolo, un vetro per la doccia al posto della tendina lo migliorerebbe di gran lunga. Gli odori dei ristoranti e le urla della gente nei bar che salgono dalle stradine sottostanti fino a tarda notte. Manca un bidone suddiviso per la differenziata. Per il resto è un vero gioiellino, forse l’appartamento più alto di Offida. Cenare o fare colazione su quel terrazzo e con quella vista è davvero appagante. Il Self Check-in è una figata.

ein sehr persönlicher, wundervoller Ort über den Dächern des sehr alten Städtchens Offida

Es ist das Eintauchen in eine andere Welt, mit unglaublichem Ausblick auf mittelalterliche Gebäude. So hat früher enges Leben in einer keinen Stadt stattgefunden. Es ist heimlich und mitten im Leben des Städtchens, sehr ungewöhnlich und interessant. Wir haben es sehr genossen.

Offida with a View

My wife and I spent one week in Offida. Lucia is a wonderful host, always anticipating our needs with great suggestions to live the town and the region at best. Offida is a wonderful town on the top of a hill. Rich in culinary experiences and very lively. The apartment is right in the center of the town, and the terrace’s view is just stunning. Breakfast, lunch or dinner there with Olive Ascolane and wine is an over the top experience. Can’t dream anything more. We did not know Offida and have travelled the world. It was a great discovery, and we will be back.

Kleine, aber gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit Traumterrasse. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sie hat alles, was man braucht. Das Highlight ist die Terrasse. Offida ist sehr schön und es gibt alles für den täglichen Bedarf und schöne Lokale. Es gibt viel zu erkunden in der Umgebung. Sehr empfehlenswert.
