We had a great 2 week stay at this beautiful villa. Great communication throughout. We were a group of 2 adults, 2 young children and 2 grandparents. The walk to the beach was a little far and uphill on the way back for the grandparents to manage but there were plenty of other beaches easily accessible within a few minutes. It’s a great location for accessing the Costa Del Sol, definitely need a car, but the views and facilities at the villa might mean you don’t want to leave at all!

This is a wonderful holiday home with the most beautiful sea view, attentive hosts and all the amenities you could wish for to enjoy a tranquil and relaxing break. Michel and Henri are really welcoming hosts and communications were excellent wherever needed throughout our stay. Inside the comfortable living space are comfortable beds and clean rooms and en suite bathrooms, a very well equipped kitchen, huge fridge and high quality kitchenware. There are all the appliances you could need and everything worked perfectly. Outside you couldn't ask for more, a large clean pool with optional heating, and a lovely hot tub where you can spoil yourself looking directly out over the ocean and all the coast. There are House Martins, hawks, seabirds to watch while you relax outside and many ways to make yourself comfortable lounging on the spacious patio. We had a wonderful holiday here and I would recommend this to anyone, we were sad to leave such a beautiful location to come back to UK February weather! Thank you Michel and Henri for this special trip.

We absolutely loved our two weeks away in Spain. The moment we walked into the property, we knew we were going to have a lovely holiday. The view was incredible, and the pool was so welcoming. Sitting in the pool and soaking up the view was simply amazing! One of our best memories is of the early morning sunrises- stunning!The house was very well equipped and perfect for our family. It was also brilliant that all the bedrooms had en suites.You do need a car to get around, but you can easily walk to the beach too.Thank you, Henri and Michel, for everything and for letting us use your beautiful home. We had two wonderful weeks. We highly recommend this holiday let!

Maison avec une vue magnifique sur la mer (froide 20-21C). L'accès à la mer se fait en 15 min à pied.Piscine agréable, nous conseillons néanmoins de la couvrir le soir car le vent de soirée la rafraîchit (24-25C sans la bâche, 27-28C avec la bâche). Maison bien climatisée dans toutes les pièces. L'entrée se fait par le garage en sous-sol et par un escalier de 30 marches pour arriver à la maison. L'entretien de la maison nécessiterait plus de soin. Vieille casserolerie (en petite quantité et abîmée), ventilation de la salle de bain non fonctionnelle, WC de la chambre du rez de chaussée défectueuse , nombreuses ampoules à changer. Literie confortable. Pour les français le réseau mobile est assez instable. L'accueil était agréable. Le tarif est élevé pour les prestations apportées.

Fast volle Punktzahl, aber....

... weniger als 10 von 10 Sternen zu vergeben, träfe es nicht. Natürlich gibt es immer Kleinigkeiten, die man bemängeln (oder einfach erdulden) könnte, wie beispielsweise Töpfe aus aller billigstem Alu-Material (das einer solchen Villa unwürdig ist) und seit Jahren nicht gereinigten Tisch-Unterlagen, eklig, (Michel, sorry, diese Kritik muss man annehmen können, ohne zynisch zu werden). Das Haus ist zwar schon etwas älter, aber wunderschön, eine Wohlfühl-Oase in allen (klimatisierten!) Räumen, man schläft wunderbar, es fehlte tatsächlich an nichts, alles sauber und einwandfrei. Über den Pool/Ausblick (mehr geht echt nicht) ist alles gesagt, wir werden diesen Urlaub niemals vergessen, haben uns 14 Tage extrem gut erholt und jede Sekunde genossen. Zwei Hinweise: Whirlpool. Irgendwo steht "optional".... ACHTUNG, der kostet extra, EUR 150/Woche!! Michel spricht alle Sprachen der Welt (allerdings nur mit Übersetzer-App, was die Kommunikation vor Ort verkomplizierte und man sich aufs Wesentliche beschränkte). Eine Pool-Reinigung hätten wir uns auch zumindest 1x gewünscht. Die permanenten Fahrgeräusche der Straße unten sind da, zweifellos, aber nach 1-2 Tagen hört man darüber weg, das versichere ich oder es vermischt sich mit Meeresbrandung. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist die leichte Anreise. Quasi Malaga und dann nur noch geradeaus, kurz links, kaum eine nennenswerte Steigung, zack... da, Auto in die Garage (lieber Kleinwagen wählen, sonst eng) und Genuss pur!

Wir haben mit unserer Familie in diesem einzigartigem Ferienhaus einen schönen Urlaub verbracht. Der Ausblick allein spricht schon für dieses Haus. Die Ausstattung mit Küchengeräten, Geschirr und Zubehör ist wie zu Hause.

Excellent !

Nous avons passé 15 jours en famille exceptionnel. Très bon accueil et hôte très disponible et répond à nos demandes. La maison est très agréable et le point fort est la vue!!! On ne peut pas s'en lasser. De plus la plage est accessible à pied et l'eau y est limpide. Nous avons fait de nombreuses excursions. L'emplacement est idéal pour les visites. Bref un séjour parfait en tout point.

Stunning View - Property a little tired :(

The view from this property is amazing! The outside area is quite small but okay. The pool is very, very cold, not heated - we asked for it to be heated but we were told no. The inside of the property is tired and the bedrooms have no view at all. We found several cob webs that should have been picked up in a general clean. Overall the outside is what makes this property - I feel it is over priced for what is, which is essentially an old lodge with a great view. Michel was helpful (other than the pool) but his English is very limited. I'd recommend the view, not the property at the current price.

Magnífico

Casa con espaciosas habitaciones todas con su cuarto de baño propio. La piscina y el jacuzzi con vistas al mar son espectaculares. Hemos estado tan a gusto que apenas bajamos a la playa. Muy bien equipado y Ariella muy atenta. Perfecto para escaparse y relarse unos días. Repetiremso.

Une très belle location

Avec une vue sur la mer via la piscine à coupé le souffle, nous avons passé 3 semaines parfaite dans cette très belle villa. La cuisine et le salon sont parfaits et je souhaite saluer le confort des chambres. Un plus pour le garage qui permet de retrouver son véhicule "frais" pendant les nombreuses journées ensoleillées. Propriétaires très agréables. Des vacances parfaites.

Eine top Lage und eine top Aussicht

Das Haus ist vollklimatisiert. Es stehen drei Bäder zur Verfügung und ein ca. 40 m² großer Pool. Die Lage und die Aussicht sind herrlich. Bei guter Sicht kann man bis Afrika (Marokko) rüber schauen. Bis zum Stand sind es Luftlinie nur 200 m, zu Fuß jedoch ca. 1,2 km. Dafür findet man Strand (feiner Kies) immer ein Platz. Unterhalb des Hauses verläuft die A 7 (Avia Mediterrana), was manchmal was stört. Wir haben jedoch auch die Lage genutzt, um Gibralter, Cadiz, Sevilla, Ronda und Granada zu besuchen und eine Wal- und Delfin-Tour zu machen. Insgesamt ein sehr toller und erholsamer Urlaub.
