Der gesamte Außenbereich mit Pool, der Sitzecke, dem wunderschönen tropischen Garten und den Ausblick über die Stadt und das Meer hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Gastgeber haben uns bei unserer Anreise am späten Abend sehr freundlich empfangen. Für das Frühstück am kommenden Morgen hatten unsere Gastgeber schon vorgesorgt. Vielen Dank noch mal für diese tolle Entgegenkommen.

Beau séjour en Martinique

Belle chambre climatisée, cuisine complète et propre. La piscine au sel est avec vue sur Fort de France et sa baie. Le salon est aussi agréable et propre. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour au centre de la Martinique.

Un séjour mémorable

Nous avons séjourné du 19 au 25 juin dans ce magnifique coin de paradis. Nous avons reçu un accueil vraiment très chaleureux de la part d'Olivier. Il a été très discret, mais très disponible en cas de besoin. La vue est tout simplement magnifique et les lieux confortables et propres. La piscine privée en fait un endroit bien spécial et unique. Nous recommandons pleinement cet endroit. Merci beaucoup!

Deux québécois en Martinique

Nous sommes un couple du Quebec qui venont de séjourner deux semaine au lamentin. Tout d’abord le site en sois est merveilleux, la vue de fort de france est comme sur les photos, la piscine demeure l’atout majeur de cet hébergement . Il vous faut absolument une voiture , il n’y a rien à proximité mais l'épicerie , pharmacie et boutiques sont à cinq minutes maximum de l’hébergement. La chambre est parfaite, grandeur suffisante, plein de rangement, l’air climatisé est fonctionnel et peu bruyante, la salle de bain est correct mais sans plus, la douche semble récente mais le lavabo serait à changer. C’est la cuisine qui vraiment devrait être renouvelée, il manque beaucoup de commodité pour des gens qui aimont faire la cuisine. Peut-être est-ce normal mais nous n’étions pas habitués de devoir acheter les sacs poubelles, le savon pour le lave vaisselle et le papier hygiénique. Il y avait beaucoup de fourmis à notre arrivée, on a du acheter l’insecticide. Il y aussi beaucoup de bruit de circulation, la coupe de la canne à sucre juste en face amène des odeurs désagréables, l’endroit est très intime mais c’est bruyant. Nos hôtes ont été très discret peut être un peu trop, nous aurions aimé faire connaissance et discuter de cette iles magnifique. Nous avons aimé notre séjour mais plusieurs améliorations devraient être faite pour optimiser le séjour des locataires.

Endroit paradisiaque

Studio de rêve. Katia et Olivier nous accueillent comme des Martiniquais de pure souche. La vue sublime, le concept du studio à aire ouverte, la piscine privée à l’eau salée permettent de passer un moment de relaxation exquis. Situé au Lamentin, la circulation se fait dans un optimum de temps. Merci Katia et Olivier

Un excellent séjour

L'emplacement est idéal pour une personne qui souhaiterait travailler entre le Lamentin et Fort de France. Le studio est très confortable, bien équipé, avec une belle piscine et une vue magnifique sur la rade de Fort de France. Les hôtes sont aussi discrets qu'attentifs et disponibles. Je recommande !

Emplacement de rêve, déplacement facile tant au nord qu'au sud. Les hôtes se sont fait discrets, mais ils étaient là pour répondre à toutes nos questions. Je vous recommande fortement cet emplacement.

Logement pour activité professionnelle

J'ai passé deux semaines dans le studio d'Olivier et Katia. Tout s'est très bien passé. L'emplacement très proche de l'hôpital ést un atout pour ceux qui, comme moi, doivent y travailler. Le studio est très agréable et correspond à la description faite. Et la piscine à disposition exclusive du locataire permet d'avoir un moment de détente même si l'on travaille jusqu'à tard. Olivier et Katia sont aussi discrets que présents et le contact s'est très bien passé. Je conseille vivement le séjour dans leur studio.

Excellent point de chute

Endroit tres bien situé sur l'île, central idéal pour visiter une fois que l'on a compris les flux de circulation. Endroit de rêve avec ces espaces extérieurs pour vous uniquement. Hotes discrets et disponibles. Tout est conforme. Les rares points négatifs, juste un bruyant par moment bien que l'endroit est à l'ecart mais a pondéré car nous ne sommes pas des citadins. Manque quelques ustensiles, mais je suis sur que katia et olivier nous aurais fourni ce dont nous avions besoin sur le moment si nous l'avions demandé. Pas grand chose des broutilles un couteau à pain et un presse citron, pas pour le ti punch. Dans l'ensemble 5 sur 5. endroit est hyper sympa.

Un séjour paradisiaque!

Magnifique logement ! Nous y avons bien relaxé. La piscine et les meubles de jardin sont un gros plus. La chambre était très confortable, avec un air climatisé très agréable. Katia et Olivier sont des hôtes absolument fantastiques et nous avons été traités aux petits oignons dès notre arrivée ! Si nous avions un commentaires pour rendre cet endroit encore plus parfait ce serait éventuellement de refaire la douche où l'eau s'accumule beaucoup et où le fond a un peu de vécu! Tout le reste était vraiment très bien ! Nous aurions certainement aimé y séjourner plus longtemps ! Nous le recommandons sans hésitation
