It enjoys an exceptional view and you will find all the comforts to spend an excellent holiday with your feet on the most beautiful beaches of the island and at the edge of a swimming pool also with its sun loungers available.

The Baie des Anses villa (top of a fully independent villa with private entrance) is made up of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with their own bathroom including walk-in shower and wc and furniture with storage.

An equipped kitchen, a beautiful terrace, a sunny relaxation area with sea view.

The living room is equipped with an electric chair perfect for relaxing in front of the TV. You have access to satellite channels, wifi.

The linen is provided.

You have a private entrance with your garage for the car.

The Pool Area shared with another villa, but with separate entrances.

It is clean, everything was convenient for a family stay of 4. Great view, nice neighborhood, beautiful village and beach. The host is very nice and welcoming.

Nice stay in Martinique at Anse d'Arlets

We had a great stay at this rental house. It’s located in a pleasant and peaceful area, though be prepared for a steep hill to get there—a car is definitely required. The house itself is a bit old but clean and very practical. The mosquito nets in the bedrooms were essential, as was the AC, which made our stay much more comfortable. The view was exactly as shown in the pictures, and we really appreciated Gilbert’s warm welcome. He greeted us with a bottle of liquor, fresh fruit, bread, and milk, which was a lovely touch after our travels. The closest big grocery store is about a 30-minute drive away, but the house had everything we needed to make our stay both pleasant and safe. Overall, a good place to stay if you're looking for a quiet retreat with great hospitality.

conforme à l'annonce, bien équipé, spacieux, vue splendide sur l'anse d'Arlet, très beau quartier. Mise à disposition de beaucoup de linge de maison. Très bon accueil des propriétaires avec tout ce qu'il faut pour démarrer le séjour (pack d'eau, lait, beurre, brioches locales, pain de mie, ananas, mandarines et bien sur punch coco et rhum).

Lieu très spacieux et bien équipé avec une vue de la terrasse à couper le souffle.

Séjour très agréable.un hôte au petit soin pour une arrivée un dimanche où tous les magasins sont fermés il avait tout prévu. Nous recommandons cet endroit.

Adresse à retenir

Vu imprenable sur les Anses d Arlets. Logement bien équipé et bien aménagé. Quartier calme et belle piscine . Toutefois quelques améliorations seraient un plus pour le logement. Petit meuble pour la salle de bains , rideaux occultants dans les chambres , ventilateur dans la salle de vie . Porte de la douche à changer. Bon échange avec le propriétaire.

Très bel endroit paisible avec des atouts importants pour que les résidents des autres villages viennent pour y observer poissons et coraux. La villa est bien mais il y a place encore à des améliorations pour en faire un vrai 4 étoiles selon moi. Certains items comme la cuisinière et l'éclairage sont désuets mais heureux que la place soit la propriété d'un vrai martiniquais d'origine que l'on peut encourager.

Villa agréable, spacieuse avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Notre hôte, Gilbert, a été à notre écoute et nous a gentillement offert des fruits frais et du rhum dans le frigo. Bonne literie. Le seul bémol est la lumière blanche blafarde dans la maison. Sinon, tout était parfait.

location Anse d'Arlet

Très beau logement, confortable, bien aménagé, une très belle vue sur le village et la mer. on peut aller à la plage à pied mais la remontée est pour les courageux, si non en voiture à environ 400m. 3 autres plages grand anse, anse Dufour et anse noire où vous pourrez nager avec les tortues tout près du bord. Magnifique séjour et l'hôte vous accueille formidablement bien. Je recommande!

La description de la maison correspond à nos attentes.

Tout est prévu pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. L'accueil des propriétaires est très chaleureux avec des petites attentions à notre intention. Merci à eux. Il faudrait juste mettre des patins sous les chaises afin d'éviter le bruit pour les personnes qui partagent la maison à l'étage du dessous ou du dessus.

Belle propriété qui est très bien située , à revoir pour une des chambres la sdb notamment la douche et pour l autre la tablette du miroir . Et peut être une climatisation dans la pièce principale.

Belle maison avec tout le nécessaire. Belle attention du propriétaire qui nous a fait des petites courses pour le 1er jour. Maison très propre, bien située et la piscine est un atout. Dommage que le temps n'était pas entièrement de notre côté.
