House with thick stone walls, fully renovated and large indoor and outdoor spaces, located in the old district of Xert, facing the mountain where silence and tranquility prevails. It is a small town, but with most important services, a Health Center and
very well connected, close (20 minutes) to the beach and other places of interest to visit. For example, the Ebro delta, Vinaròs, Peñiscola, Morella or San Mateo, among others.
The house has all the comforts, heating and air conditioning, a terrace to observe the stars and a small garage.
