Duck Pond Cottage is a detached cottage located in Long Sutton, Lincolnshire. It has three bedrooms; two double a(one is a UK Queen size, sleeps 2 people)and one twin, together sleeping up to six people. There is a separate family bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC. Downstairs has a cloakroom and WC, as well as an open-plan kitchen and dining room. There is a sitting room with woodburning stove, and a snug room. Outside has an enclosed garden area with a bistro table and chairs. Duck Pond Cottage is an excellent cottage for those family breaks. Please note: Farms nearby so there may be tractors etc driving on the road during the day. Please note: Sorry, BBQ's are not permitted at this property.

Range cooker with electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV, DVD player and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and high chair available on request. Off road parking for 3 cars and lockable bike storage. Enclosed garden with table and chairs. One well-behaved pet welcome (downstairs only). Sorry, no smoking. Pub within 0.1 miles, shop within 0.3 miles. Note: Check in time is 5pm and check out is 10am. Please note: Sorry, BBQ's are not permitted at this property. Please advise in advance if you would like to use the travel cot and highchair during your stay by calling Sykes Cottages. Lovely Cottage

Owners clearly take pride in the property. It was lovely and clean, and the owner had left some cakes, milk, honey, small loaf of bread etc which was a really nice touch!

Wonderful Holiday Home

Duck Pond Cottage is lovely - perfect mix of modern with 'Olde Worlde' character. Jenny and Brian are excellent hosts - great communications, wonderful welcome pack, and when we did have an issue with the heating in the cottage Brian came round immeditely and fixed it in no time - fantastic. We come down to the area several times each year to visit with family and this is easily the nicest holiday home we have found in the area and the only one so far that we will return to.
