Stone building spacious and warm in a haven of peace.
The many living areas will allow everyone to find tranquility or conviviality according to his desires. Large rooms of 20 m2 including a parental suite. Large 80m2 living room with fireplace, television, overhead projector, fiber, wifi. Kitchen 45 m2. Two Terraces (a pergola). Closed flat ground and sported. Pétanque area.
The fireplace, the warmth of wood and stone will bring pampering in winter and cool in summer.
Ideally located in the heart of the Auvergne just 20 km from Saint-Etienne (20 km), on the edge of the Ardèche (Annonay 40km), Puy en Velay (60 km), the Chaise Dieu (70 km) , or Lyon (80km).
Many hikes in the natural park of Pilat or in the gorges of the Loire.
Access to the banks of the Loire (15 minutes). Mont Mézenc, and Mont Gerbier des Rushes (Source of the Loire) and Estables Ski Resort (43) at about 1h.

Grande maison très agréable, dans laquelle on se sent tout de suite bien, environnement très calme. Beau jardin offrant une très belle vue sur les monts du Velay. Nous y retournerons volontiers !!!

Très bon accueil et conseils sur les environs. Maison très agréable et spacieuse ; nous étions neuf ce fut parfait. Pour les amoureux de la nature, très beaux circuits de randonnées.
