Sehr schönes uriges Haus und sehr nette Verwalterfamilie. Haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Mit unserem anderthalbjährigen etwas anstrengend, weil man ihn permanent im Blick haben muss, da kein Richtiger Zaun das Grundstück angrenzt. Für die größeren Kinder super.

Maison très fidèle à l’annonce, très bien équipée. Accueil très chaleureux, emplacement idéal pour déconnecter, pas de réseau, au calme, isolé de tout. Accès cependant un peu compliqué car chemin très pentu et caillouteux.

Dit huis is werkelijk een plaatje. Van binnen en van buiten, gewoon prachtig. Helaas. Boven de keuken, tussen de balken van de verdiepingsvloer lag een dood dier en het stonk dan ook naar een ontbindend kadaver. We belden met de beheerder. Die kwam vlot langs en zette de ramen van de slaapkamer boven de keuken open; zei dat hij met de eigenaren contact zou opnemen (Engelsen uit Londen) en daarna weer verder zou zien. Niets meer van hem vernomen... Wij hielden het keukenraam 24/7 open en onze adem in. s’Nachts is het een gekrioel van jewelste in het plafond: Kleine trippelmuisjes én grotere dieren. Tja en soms gaat er dan eentje dood en begint te rotten. Veel mensen zouden zijn vertrokken met zo’n rottend stinkend kadaver boven de keuken. Wij maakten er het beste van. Het werd met de ramen open trouwens wel fris in huis. Het ligt op zo’n 1000 meter hoogte en het was eind september.. Het kraanwater is niet drinkbaar. (Dit is ook in 4 talen aangegeven op een bordje boven de keukenkraan.) Als Uw smartphone aangeeft dat het koud gaat worden; zeg dan tegen de beheerder dat hij de vloerverwarming waarmee geadverteerd wordt ook daadwerkelijk op de meterkast aanzet, anders blijft het koud. Uit zichzelf doet hij dit niet. Als U een beetje handig bent en een mondje Frans spreekt kunt U dat eventueel ook zelf. De advertentie zegt dat de weg niet door sportauto’s begaanbaar is. Dat klopt. Ook niet door gewone auto’s die geen sport zijn. Ook de beheerder gaat niet met zijn gewone auto naar beneden, maar haalt zij 4wiel drive op. Het hoogteverschil tussen het huis en de plek waar U Uw auto neer kan zetten is ongeveer 45 meter. Dat is een flat van 15 of 16 verdiepingen op, telkens als U weg wil (om bijvoorbeeld water te halen) Wij zijn sportief; ik hoop U ook. Toen wij er waren; waren er ook 4 dagen lang 3 of 4 boomvellers met kettingzagen het bos tussen de auto-standplaats en het huis aan het “uitdunnen”. Wat een rotherrie! Van dik hout kapt men planken! 4 kettingzagen, 4 dagen. jeng, jeng, jeeenngg!! Dat wist de beheerder natuurlijk en dat wist hij ruim van te voren. En tóch werd het huis aan ons verhuurd. Beetje flauw. Dat de beheerder dat van te voren wist kan ik niet hard maken, maar in Frankrijk, bureaucratie numero 1, komen ze niet zomaar even je bos kappen zonder je van te voren in te lichten. Maarrr!! Het huis is werkelijk zeer fotogeniek, dat moet gezegd. Groot ook. En ruim.

J'ai envie de garder cette adresse secrète tellement notre court séjour a été une expérience inoubliable. Après le confinement, nous étions 4 citadins qui avions besoin de verdure, ce petit coin de paradis a répondu a toutes les attentes. La gentillesse de Luc, la forêt, les chevaux qui venaient prendre l'apéro avec nous dans le pré à côté, la déconnexion totale (pas de 3g ni 4 ni de wifi) nous ont fait redécouvrir les joies d'être ensemble tout simplement. Et tout cela dans une des plus belles régions de France ! Vous avez l'opportunité de faire pas mal d'activités autour (putting golf, randonnées, restaurant - un big UP à la brasserie Marcon).

We had a fantastic stay in this house. Exactly what we wanted - peace, quiet, tranquility. We stayed with young children and the house provided perfect amount of space and was well equipped. The surrounding area is beautiful and we loved walking and foraging for mushrooms. We hope to visit again!

Schöne, ruhige und erholsame Ferien mitten in der Natur....

Übergabe und Übernahme sehr unkompliziert und nette Begegnung, top! Unsere Kinder erfreuten sich an der Pferdekoppel unten angrenzend und auch die Ausflüge (Fischen in der Forellenzucht, Baden im See inkl Kanu und Pedalofahren, Dampfzug fahren, jeden Tag Markt in der Umgebung mit frischen Produkten etc.) passten perfekt als Ferien-und Unterhaltungsprogramm! Es war ein wunderschönes und unvergessliches Erlebnis in grüner Umgebung und Natur! PS: kein Natelempfang und SEHR steile Strassenzufahrt.

Die Umgebung ist rustikal. Ein Auto mit Allradantrieb ist hilfreich. Man muss Autofahren, um zu den interessanten Spots zu kommen. Sehr ruhig. Sehr erholsam. Es gibt Wandermögöochlriten in der Gegend. Wenn es Regnet, dann wahre Sturzbäche. Es kann kalt werden. Pullover und gutes Schuhwerk obligatorisch! KEIN Netzempfang! Kein Internet!

Notre arrivée s'est très bien passée grâce à M bodesco le voisin qui nous a transporter les bagages jusqu'à la maison, le chemin étant inaccessible sans 4X4 l'hébergement correspondait à nos attentes spacieux, authentique parfait pour un week end prolongé entre amis et proche des commodités, le tout en pleine nature il faudrait prévoir le bois de chauffage nécessaire pour les périodes de location hors saison et pour l'équipement de la cuisine prévoir aussi de remplacer les poeles qui sont abimées enfin, prière aussi de ne pas prélever la caution !!!! ceci dit, nous avons passé un excellent séjour

Een leuk huis in een prachtige omgeving. Jammer genoeg ligt de oude hoeve nogal ver afgelegen van de bewoonde wereld. De laatste 100-den meters naar het huis toe zijn moeilijk te overbruggen met een gewone wagen.Gelukkig zijn Luc en Sarah (geranten) bereid de koffers ter plaatse te brengen. We hebben tevergeefs gezocht naar de BBQ. Tuinmeubilair zou een aanwinst zijn. Niettegenstaande dit was het een aangenaam verblijf in een prachtige streek. Enkele tips voor bezoekjes in de omgeving Safari Peaugrés, Mont Mézenc , Lac de Devesset, Vélorail in Boucieu le Roi

Als je van wandelen houdt en de sfeervolle eenvoud van de Haut Vivarais wilt ervaren, dan is deze plek een prima uitvalsbasis. Het is er rustig, de natuur is overweldigend mooi en in de nabije omgeving liggen vele kilometers aan wandelpaden. Lyon is binnen anderhalf uur te bereiken en is alleszins een bezoek waard. De woning is niet makkelijk bereikbaar met een 'gewone' auto (dat wil zeggen geen 4x4 aandrijving) wel iets om rekening mee te houden. Wij lieten 'm op loopafstand staan, op een veilige plek naast het toegangspad en dat ging prima.
