We had a fantastic stay at the navigators. The location is perfect —just a short walk to the beach and shops with great coastal paths nearby too. The house itself is really well presented and very welcoming. View of the sea from the balcony is a nice touch. Clear communication throughout the booking and stay made everything very easy and stress-free.Overall, a great place to stay in a beautiful part of Cornwall. We would happily return and recommend it to others.

Very nice accommodation in a great location. The outside hot shower is a real plus. Loved the beach being so close, the people in and around Polzeath were lovely. Six guests would be a bit squeeze but would work, for the 4 of us it was perfect. Would highly recommend and will look to book again in the future.

Very nice property in an excellent location. Ideal if you are surfing as only 30 seconds from the beach and the property has a hot water shower at the rear with space to hang wetsuits. Good open plan kitchen, dining and living room. Kitchen had almost everything you'd need (including a very good toaster) but would benefit from a Nespresso machine.There are only a couple of things to be aware of. The first is that it would be a tight fit for six adults/teenagers. The two bedrooms with single beds are small so better suited to a single adult each or younger children. Also the driveway is quite short so longer cars will have to park diagonally so only one car would fit.

Awesome location and lovely property

We stayed at 2 the Navigators…. Despite the rubbish weather we had a fab time. The location of the property was brilliant - particularly for my kids - it was so easy to quickly pop back from the beach if we’d forgotten something… the property had a great outside shower which was lovely and warm and hangers for the wetsuits etc which was perfect after a surf. The rooms would perhaps be a bit small for 4 big teenage boys plus 2 adults. But perfect for us and if you had 4 smaller kids. The property had good storage too particularly for food and great utensils/equipment- we used the washing machine and that was etc… we did manage to sit out on the balcony a few times - and that was nice to have outdoor space for when the sun did come out. We will book again….

Great location in a beautiful place

A stormy autumn weekend spent surfing and walking - Great location for a beach base - compact but everything you need. Flo’s Kitchen is walking distance for fresh croissants each morning.

Superb

We stayed in this warm, clean and comfortable home from home in February half term during Storm Dennis! If you love the North coast and being close to the sea, then this is the perfect location. The property manager Dominic is an excellent communicator and addressed any issues very quickly. Our friends stayed in the similar property next door but one and it was great being so close. Only said this once before after many self catering holidays, but we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful House, Perfect Location

We had a fantastic stay in the house, perfect location to visit Polzeath and neighbouring Rock and Padstow. The house is a great size, plenty of room for 6 adults and everything you need for an excellent break.
